The US ownership is the key here as we all know. I get that their shills in the media don't advertise it, but the cartel clubs and now their hangers-on, want to reproduce the NHL model with no relegation and guaranteed income from minimum investment for maximum profit. We are being portrayed as the devil incarnate in an effort to make this happen. Fans of other non- cartel clubs should appreciate this and realise that their own clubs will NEVER be in a position to challenge the cartel as long as they are forced to play by their rules. None so blind etc. Anyway, this is now competition law and as someone posted earlier, the cartel hold no sway over this in a court of law. Keep your tin hats on, this is only going to get dafter and worse

Let them refuse! They'll be sanctioned, we'll be awarded a 3-0 win. Our season would be 38 wins, 114 points, +114 GD - breaking our own records on the way to a 5th consecutive title. What's not to like?

Quite simple really.The FA takes back admin control and all 92 clubs in the four leagues vote on issues. I don't see how clubs that drop from the PL to the fourth like Wigan etc , should make decisions on things that three years later are of no relevance.

What would be a reasonable conclusion here?
City have a quote from a senior executive at another club that convincingly shows that there was collusion between City's rivals and the PL to commercially disadvantage Gulf owned clubs.
That it's a quote means it's on the record and thus credible evidence.
Either through carelessness or hubris it could be that Arsenal's CFO could be the senior executive from another club.
During the trial the person that City quote will be named and what they said and to whom will be revealed and we need to pay attention to who that is.
