For my sins, I just watched Simon Jordon's podcast with Joelon Lescott in attendance.
Lesscott is absolutely dead to me.

Judging by what Mase has said - nothing I'd guess. Rather than defending us?

You watched Simon Jordan? I wouldn't watch him for a very large amount of money. Hideous, self-loving, self-appointed champion of shit.
After the ball was centred, after the whistle blew...

I watched most of it because Jordan continually talked over Lescott and wasn't too bothered about what he said. He ignores Souness as well. Jordan just loves listening to his own opinions. Lescott wasnt contraversial and backed up Kompany to Bayern. What did upset me was whenvhe laughed about getting Mancini the sack because they lost the Cup final. Always suspected they threw that final to get Mancini out. Some Utter cunts, no respect for the club or fans that day

100% they did. Was obviously from the first whistle. That day stopped me going back to Wembley for years.

The narrative from the cartel & associated media shills seem to be “if City win it is the end of football “ what a pathetic group they are, I didn’t know we were that important. It’s only a few week ago, after the 4 in a row Title wins we were being told nobody gives a fuck. Strange isn’t it

It's odd cos united spend more than us and are generally shit. The stupidity of the anti City arguments never cease to amaze

So, yesterday in the Daily Mail Souness writes that City’s legal bid threatens our game’s future and goes on to say that it will be the beginning of the end for the premier league. He fails to mention an article on the next page that Tom Werner the chairman of Liverpool wants premier league games staged in New York City. Stating “I have this crazy idea that there would be a day that we would play one game in Tokyo a few hours later in L.A then a few hours later in Riyadh. Absolute bollocks

The theme spouted by the media seems to be one of football will be destroyed as we know it if this court case goes in favour of City.
Yet not one article I've seen explains why. Do they think we will spend more money? Do they even know in the last 5/6 years at least 4 if not 5 PL teams have a higher net spend?
Do they think Chelsea who have spent over £1B during Boehly's brief tenure have ruined the game?
Do they think the American owners who were the instigators behind the much derided ESL are benefiting football. And indeed, one of their brethren, Werner, at the dippers, wants extra matches to be played in the USA
Or are they simply afraid of us and the set up we have had in place for years which the rags are now trying to copy?
All the media are doing in shit stirring and writing bullshit articles which are designed to scare the average punter into believing what they are writing. Good old fashioned propaganda. The old yet sadly true adage of tell people lies often enough and within time they will be accepted as truth
