Wow. Wasn’t long before that video got taken down!!!

It was about Palace’s new shirt sponsor. No record of owners, they don’t have a following on socials and they’re using a picture of a dead influencer as their founder…

I think PL rules allow for every club except Dippers, Arse Rags and Spuds to be fined and deducted points

Into the 2nd week, wasn't it meant to be done by this Friday?
Haven't heard anything about how it's going.

It was booked for two weeks. Apparently if it goes to a third week that means it’s positive for City as they’ll be discussing damages that week. If it doesn’t go to a third week there’s no damages to discuss because it’s been rejected.

There's an article on a Newcastle site explaining:

Newcastle United's takeover led to a change in the Premier League's sponsorship rules and Manchester City have alleged that the regulations were 'deliberately intended to stifle commercial freedoms of particular clubs'

That seems to me not an allegation but a simple fact - so how could any fair tribunal not award that?!

Food for thought ?!

"None of Mike Ashley's "deals" for NUFC would be considered "Fair Market Value" since they were ridiculously low cost to benefit his own business and to the detriment of the club/fans etc. You could similarly argue that other sports retailers/manufacturers have been disadvantaged by these same rules which have allowed him to cheaply promote his own personal business interests. Where's the fairness in that? "

Its a good point isn't it.

What damages though? I thought this was whether the PL rules were lawful or not.
Why would any party be due damages?

Apparently City are suing for damages based on deals that have not gone through since the rules changed in Feb.

Fascinating interview with Jim Ratcliffe. Obviously unhappy with the way Masters is running the Premier League with all the complex rules. A backlash coming and not before time. He also likes the multi club concept and wants to keep,Nice. He’ll have to put Nice into a hands off trust for a year because they’re both in the Europa Cup.

What sort of lunatic organisation keeps charging the people who make it up? And stops them from investing in their business?

Most successful businessmen have common sense and he realises the lunatics have taken over the PL asylum

It's all to stop little bold city. If we were a non-competing mid table side there wouldn't be a word about any of this.
It's all founded on jealousy, resentment and hate. Let the cunts suck it up.

I may be wrong, but believe these 2 weeks are just the hearing. If so, legal deliberation of the panel and then drafting the outcome could take months.
