The Times leaked information about our case, (perhaps from the Arsenal director who's spouse works high up at the Times?).
Stefan Borson is a City fan and one of the good guys, one of the few that speaks up for the club amongst all the hate against us.

It's not been apparent to be honest

Very apparent I'd say, you need to look at
https://x.com/slbsn and listen to his interviews on TS again perhaps (ignoring their anti-City headlines of course)

THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I’m guessing it’s not been decided yet? Or we’ve won, because otherwise it would definitely have been leaked had we lost and the media would be gloating.

Rags failed psr last season, but were given 40 Mill Covid allowance for 2022 and 35 mill share sale cost allowance, that actually the Glazers should have paid. So the rags managed to stay within psr with help of the PL admins.
Needs investigating.

115 case being brought forward would suggest this matter might be resolved in a couple of weeks

The Times article suggests ‘there’s a belief’ City have prevailed on some points in their legal case against the PL’s third Party rules.
