Referee just showed what a thick unbservant cunt he is. That was a penalty for a foul against Grealish and he books Grealish ! I can only assume he called him a cunt

Terrible ref.

Already texted a Rag mate to suggest they are on course again for 31 points adrift

I was hoping we'd score at least 6. A win is a win. Not sure how we are defensively.

Ref was dog shite and there’s only one reason he’s refereeing in the Prem. Bring back big Uriah

Obvious calls for Erling and Kev but have to acknowledge how good Sav and Rico were.

Enjoyed that for an early season game and thought we handled the early press from Ipswich really well.

Seemed comfortable in the end, good start to the season.

Playing Bernardo and Grealish wide gave us more control but obviously less threat in the second half. Excellent save from a Haaland header and his hattrick goal come to mind. They had a goalmouth scramble which we struggled finally to clear. To complain about 4-1 isn’t reasonable. They’re well drilled and put in a hard shift in. Obviously don’t have our quality.

Their goal was his fault though - according to the City haters on Premier Irish TV. Good grief what a grisly set of rag/dipper blisters in that Dublin studio.

At the risk of enraging Mase I thought Ederson should have done better with their goal. Rico was very good again. He may be little but he’s hard to knock off the ball, hard though they tried.

I’d like to see the Grealish ‘yellow card’ again. I was in the South Stand so a long way from the action.

4-1 is a good result. But we had them on the rack from 30 mins on and could easily have been 5-1 up by half time. Most pundits in the studio feared for them in the second half but we completely let them off the hook. Haaland grabbing one in the last minute saved a few blushes. We were nowhere near as good in the second half. Doku i feel went off the boil and we were not as direct at all. Few long range shots if any? Ipswich continued to try and play football, not many lower quality sides will do this and they will change this style shortly as more teams fuck them. For me it was a decent result but a big big opportunity missed to score a lot of goals. CHALK vs CHEESE first half to second

I know it was the 95th minute, but where was the VAR? Goal differences and a possible suspension for Grealish might play a part this season...

VAR can’t check a yellow card. If the referee had not signalled a yellow they could have looked at it.

Ref was a baldy cunt. There’s only one reason he’s referring in the Prem. We can all see it. But no one will
Say it cause they’re scared. Nonce

Any day where we win 4-1 and the rags lose is a good one

Yes, we could and should have won by more, but it’s still three points at full time and we’re two from two

Happy with that
