There is a lot saying that Rico should have started yesterday. Walkers washed, no good, useless etc etc. I love Rico, think he is great going forward, stepping into midfield, passing, etc. But I have some concerns about him defensively.

What example have you got mate where he’s fucked I’m defensively?

Walker I could give you about 5 over the last 12 months.

Take a look at the Ipswich goal from a few weeks ago.
But to be clear I am not picking on him, just I have some concerns about the defending side of his game at the moment. Presumably with experience and coaching that defensive aspect will improve.

Walker vs Gabriel at their second goal was one of the worst things I've seen from a City player. From him trying to "distract" the brazilian to what it followed. I am sure Rico wouldn't have been worse.
That being said, I though Walker was one of our best players in the second half until he was subbed off.

I could have played in our defence 2nd half yesterday. And I won't see 50 or be 16 stones again.
He offered no overlap,no pace as an outlet and got in the way of players who can actually pass to another blue shirt

Hardly a fuck up. Theres examples of Walker literally fuckin up - he’s no better at defending than Lewis.

You're right, arteta was genuinely stunned because when haaland said it to him the first time, he stopped dead in his tracks asking him what he said, thinking he'd intimidate haaland and good old erling repeated it to his face even louder.
