Complaint to Home of Roan Incoming

"Man City case 'moral reward' for Football Leaks hacker, lawyer claims".

The above headline echoes the purpose of this article, which is clearly intended to defend a convicted extortionist whose corrupted evidence was comprehensively exposed by CAS two years ago after it was misused by UEFA to charge Manchester City with sponsorship wrongdoing under pressure from its elite rivals . Those same teams now control the Premier League, forcing it to repeat their earlier failed attempt to damage City using the identical doctored emails and once again relying on the full-throated support of your Sports Editor Dan Roan to endorse their blatantly racist, anti-arab media narratives . This outrageous piece is just the latest example of Roan's many attempts to smear the club following his permanent banning by them in 2018 for lying about Patrick Vieira.*

Over the years he has abused his position by enthusiastically promoting every element of the redshirt cartel's relentless anti-City propaganda campaign as it moved from 'state ownership' to 'financial doping' to 'sportswashing' and now the 'dirty cheating oil club ' slur. When these current confected charges are again dismissed as baseless the BBC will surely have to answer for his conduct (and that of subordinates under his direction) in nearly a decade of disgracefully biased reporting about Man City by our national broadcaster and the reputational damage it has unjustly inflicted as a result.

You're talking about a company that lets peados work for them after they've been found out.

They have to be one of the dirtiest companies on the planet?

If it wasn’t for all this appalling coverage of what is now surely the greatest team in modern history, three quarters of kids under 10 would be wearing city shirts. As it stands it’s about 1-20, if that as far as I can see.
I don’t particularly want to see a stadium full of plastic fans. I’m 63 and have supported City since I was 5 and latched onto Lee & Bell and that was it and although I’ve been to many city matches at Maine Road and the Etihad, I live in Swansea and am now an amputee so it’s difficult to get to matches, so I am an armchair fan now. My main point being that if we got fair coverage in the media there would definitely be 10’s of thousands more young city fans that would hopefully be lifelong fans…..unless the MSM change their outlook regarding city, it will hurt us more in the future. Our world fan base is certainly growing but the UK I’m not sure ???
Thoughts ?

Some very valid points there SH. Still baffles me as to why young kids outside of Manchester with no family connections latch onto the rags. They’ve been poor for years and it must be in some not insignificant way down to the rag influenced mainstream media culture.

Most adults accept as gospel we are guilty because Sky in particular and the BBC and many others continuously tell them so, so children will be even more easily swayed. Indeed a growing number of people are convinced we will be relegated at least one division despite there being no evidence to support this.

You are absolutely correct in saying we should have a bigger fanbase, especially amongst children. Any kid of 16 who’s followed the game since they were little will have seen dominance by us. And we have arguably played the best football as well. It’s not as if we are Arsenal of 1987 winning 1-0. We’ve outscored everyone else by some considerable margin consistently over the last 10/12 years.

We will not receive unbiased and fair coverage for at least a generation, if at all. So as they say, it is what it is and we just crack on. Winning trophies, if not the hearts and minds of young kids outside Manchester

Haaland to the rags?

More chance of Ipswich winning a domestic Treble this year

Simply never going to happen

The Mirror (via MSN)

Will do anything to paint us in a bad light, I have a fiver for each of you that remembers the guy in this article....

'Man City released me – I got my stuff and drove round the corner to sign for Man Utd'

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football ... n=sharebar

I didn't read to the actual bottom, but I bet it doesn't mention he didn't get a game for the rags, neither at Ipswich where he went after rags.

I bet it was very frosty in the boardroom. Arsenal proving they are the most entitled twats in football. Erling hit nail on head with Arteta.

Thank goodness for Wyness for being able to keep us updated with insights and information from the hearing. His on the money observations are invaluable and I wouldn’t be surprised if we were about to offer him a consulting position at the Etihad

It's absolutely weird that he has something to say about us every single day... but the more I look at it, he's just some gobshite with no agenda and no information.

It's the platform(s) that go to him every day - their agenda is to keep 115 in the media very day and it's always footballinsider or football365.

It would be interesting to know who's behind these sites.

I post them here whenever they arrive, along with the worst anti city drivel, so when this case is over, I can put the thread in the classics section and never forget the cunts that never shut up about us

Just on the beeb -

Barcelona have been banned from selling tickets for their CL home game with Red Star Belgrade because of racist behaviour by their fans in CL home game with Monaco.

Oh dear shame hahahahaha
