The Times talking up Pep as the next England manager. Two points. How can the FA afford him? Second personally I would regard it as a betrayal to sign a contract with an English body when the PL are trying to destroy the Club. It would certainly be written up as getting out of a sinking ship. Surely he won’t do that even if he decides not to renew which is his right. Personally I still hope he extends even if it’s just for a year.

If he becomes England manager he can just pick English players from our first team and academy…..job done.

Agreed Mase.

We need as many handsome men around as possible. He's less likely to leave.

That's why we moved Marwood on I'd say?

It's amazing that every rival fan who have been hitting us with " cheats" for years and stating Pep can't do it without a cheque book are now wanking themselves silly over the prospect of him managing England.

Please Pep- another extension. The tears would be great.

Just imagine for a second Pep being England manager, and losing a game, one game, any game. The cartel loving media parasites would explode with delirious delight and absolutely rinse him to death.

I do not see him going near it, he would be a wise man to stay well clear.

Fabrizio gives Tuchel as England manager the here we go. Announcement supposedly very soon. Pep, hopefully, will agree an extension very soon. He is not going to betray the Club as some journalists hoped. Love a two year extension but one year looks more likely and that will almost certainly be that. Haaland near an extension ( no doubt the haters will allege a release clause) and Club supposedly going to discuss an extension with Rodri to show good faith as he recovers from surgery.

You are totally missing the point. Why would pep select any scouse or rags player for England , as manager ?

He would go to the Academy first

I wonder if Germany would ever have an English manager.

Carsley or Tuchel? Gee that’s a toughie. When England have managers sought by the big European Clubs England will choose an English manager.
