I feel so curious about what Pep does today and so anxious about this game, I think I need medication. The home fans are the most confident I have seen this season, and probably rightly so. Today we just need to get something from the game. Is it too early to drink?

This is the one. Finally…2-0 AFCB.
With City's growing injury list, their match against Tottenham tonight and a European Cup (old money) fixture next Tuesday we might just find them dipping into the reserves. Although most of City's reserves would likely fit straight into our first team it could possibly see them playing out of shape.
I have a good feeling about this one. AI has managed to make us look solid and dangerous against big teams.
I can see city losing two games this week.
I don't expect or hardly even hope for anything from the game, but I am FAR for up for this one than many or any Man City games in our PL years. It's going to be a fascinating yard stick of where we are and I'm confident that even in defeat we'd cause them some proper headaches.
This match could set a new Football League record: it's never taken a team 22 attempts to win their first match against another.
With so many out for Man City, and on the back of 2 good result against Arsenal and Villa, the players are in their best position ever to get a win.
My guess is that Ange will put out a full strength team, so hopefully City will do the same.
We could be in trouble for the City game as we now have Kepa, Scott, Sinnistera and now Ouattara all unavailable. It is injures on this scale that always has a profound effect on our results and performances especially against stronger opposition.
With a club of our size having key players unavailable it will weaken our chances of getting anything from the game. We do not have the strength in depth that the likes of Man City have in abundance.
Attack! Attack! Attack attack attack!
