PL Games November 9/10

Postby Harry Dowd scored » Fri Nov 08, 2024 11:59 am

No early game this Saturday, our game at Brighton is the 17.30 ko Dippers is the TNT game at 20.00 Saturday night. Not looking forward to our game. Mood music coming out the club not good all sorts of shit about Grealish on socials (I know) apparently the players are tired. I am not surprised to hear that, it’s the old self fulfilling prophecy, Pep keeps saying they are tired, so tired they are. Stones not on England duty so we may or may not be blessed with his presence. I don’t give a fuck what anybody says we royally fucked up selling Cole Palmer, I don’t buy all this “well he wanted to go bullshit” they would say that after letting one of the most talented English players in the league go wouldn’t they. Never mind that ship has sailed. Wouldn’t it be nice to actually field a proper defence fo once, knowing City they may just surprise us and put in a god performance. Hope springs eternal as someone once said.

Cheers HDS

Arse could easily drop points here. Can’t see anything but a dipper win though. And a Southampton win at Wolves would probably see the end of O’Neill

Well the dippers have every incentive to beat Villa now. Can see them hammering Villa to be honest.

And good value for it too. Villa pathetic, wait till they play us. It ain’t over yet but the signs are not good……not good at all.

Liverpool were very lucky with two breakaway goals. Villa were more than a match for them at Anfield . Poor finishing lost villa the game.

It seems to be going well for scouse at the moment

My own team played last week and the ball bounced every time for us and we won. We won again on friday as the ball bounced for the opposition but their finishing was appalling. By rights , on a normal night they would have beaten us.

That's how it goes sometimes.

Making out that Salad is great ! He got a free run in goal from the half way line , he should score. He usually gets 10 chances for every goal he scores

It is way too early to write City off.

Somethings we are now finding out are that Lewis is not a defender, gündo should not be starting games and it might be better to start doku at the moment on the left .

If Jack plays for england i suspect he might be passed off in the transfer window or next summer.

Piss take. Hope our next manager gives the decent kids a chance, and doesn’t play shite ones to “prove” the kids aren’t ready. Palmer, Delap, Lavia, Rogers - all good enough for us

Joelinton has just done what Savinho has been trying to do all season.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.
