This is 100% correct, feels like Pep is playing with a toy. Needed to be at least a two year deal. It seems to me that he is staying to complete the 10 years but no commitment after that. Not an ideal scenario to be bringing in new players who may feel they need to know the man who brings them in is staying longer than one season. I'm eternally grateful for all Pep has done for the club, on and off the pitch, but if we are here again next year at this time of year then the club has to say thanks but we're going in a different direction at the end of the season.
