SPUDS fully deserve the win, completely fucked us over without trying and fuck me didn't we .ake it easy for them , both tactically and performance. Our heads not in the game at all. Has pep one eye on champs league? Who knows. We aren't creating, our accuracy is shite, our defence naive and looks undrilled, and to be honest half our team look unfit. I'm surprised the crowd weren't booing that effort, probably not enough left to make themselves heard.
At the start of the week if Pep had said he was leaving I'd have thanked him sent him on his way. Now I'm fairly annoyed because I don't think he can do it with this squad and the way he's setting them up

Spuds will lose next week. They didn't fcuk us over, we gave them the points. Gvardiol's gifts are not tactical brilliance on behalf of Spuds. Not at all. Stones's inability to stop a cross is not Spuds tactical brilliance is it ?

Walkers inability to read the game , is not Spuds tactical brilliance is it ? They lost a lead and a game to Ipswich last time out , come on .

They were two nil up today and their goalie pretended to have an injured ankle after almost clattering Savio.

City players were very poor today, not that Spuds were brilliant.

FUCKED US OVER (4 - nil away) WITHOUT TRYING. Our mistakes on the field gave away possession and they capitalised. Read what I posted idiot. They played well, took their chances well and stuffed us. Open your fucking eyes

KDB wanted to fek off
Walker wanted to fek off
Silva wanted to fek off

Pep should have fucked them off, what irks me he couldn't bend over to Palmer, Lavia ect....

We needed a young a star midfielder to replace our aging midfield

Palmer is not the answer.

Nor are Gundogan or Bernie to be fair.

Look, mistakes that most juniors do not make cost us today . Sorry , but Gvardiol gave them two goals. Amateurs don't do what he did today. shocking.

He made 2 mistakes but it ain't all on him. Our tracking back was poor, slow, non existent. We were far too narrow in first half, poor tactically and Spurs used their pace to break at speed past our high back line. After the first goal, City fell apart. Pathetic to watch and Pep didn't or could do anything to reverse it ( again). Spurs spanked us tonight, fucked us royally and deserved it. By half time the game was over in reality. Just a continuation of an 18 month performance drop off.

You mean Jack surely ?

No. I meant Walker. Non-existent defending against Werner for the fourth goal.

Oh no, Werner had a start because of Jacks stupid pass, you can't blame Walker for that . Tired legs or not . Werner had the advantage and delivered a classic cross across the six yard box. Jack is to blame , not Walker.

Had a start? Walker was in a good position when Werner (who was yards away) got the ball but he decided to stand still until Werner got near and then tried to outpace him from a standing start. Bad defending.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Pep's after match press conference was odd. Word salad from him. If I'm being nice.

Yep Gundo wasn't great again but he was far better than Silva who stank the place out and he's been like that for a year. Doesn't look like scoring, doesn't create anything, never passes forward. Kev offered more in his 15 minutes than Silva had all season. At least Gundo looks to pass the ball forward. Foden and Walker also embarrassing again.
Foden giving it away and being out muscled constantly and Walker never getting a cross in and now constantly being outpaced

wasn't great again" ?he was fuckign WANK. and I called it before a ball was kicked...so did other sane minded fans.

"On the surface, some of the comments about Gundogan may seem a little harsh, but considering how poor he was against Spurs, it's hard to blame fans. The midfielder was a step behind his opponents all night, struggling to get back and offer anything defensively. He was regularly beaten in the middle of the park and lost possession on six separate occasions.

He played a hand in two of Tottenham's goals too. His failure to properly mark Maddison ultimately allowed to Englishman to get in behind the defence and find the back of the net. His lackadaisical defending also allowed Porro to find space in the area and bag Tottenham's third of the night.

It was a rough showing overall, but that's something fans have slowly begun to get used to since his return and it's time for Guardiola to look at other options"

Our defense has been fuckign laughable for longer than I care to remember.
Pep has been absolutely abysmal trying to put a decent defense together ,hes a complete failure in this department - he got away with it for years as we outscored everyone but now the goals are not there we are losing game after game.

Sticking with Gundo, who has been FUCKING ABYSMAL since he came back, is inept management. There again hes stuck with Walker all season which is even worse inept management.
All PeP will do is what hes always done ..throw money at it till he gets it right as, up to now, the players he does have, he doesn't and cannot get them to work well at all.

I still do not know where Rico lewis is supposed to be playing ffs!!

Who’s the other option for Gundo? McAtee? I’ve been calling for him to get a chance for weeks now.

Pep is absolutely shit scared of him pulling a Palmer if he sells him. He won’t sell him because of that but he won’t play him because he’s got too much loyalty to the players that were once class.

Would McAtee do any worse than Gundo? Absolutely not. When he’s been given a chance, in the position he plays, he’s done alright. Not as a false 9 away to Spurs in the Cup, that’s not his position.

Gundo was poor but I don't recall any objections from you when we signed him again. He'd been great for Barca and he had a great Euros.
Pep's not got away with the defence for years because we kept outscoring teams- that's absolute bollocks. We lost 3 games last season, 1-0 at Arsenal, 1-0 at Villa and 2-1 at Wolves all without Rodri by the way. We're in the 1st real bad spell in years and we're still up there.
The throwing money at it- what would you expect him to do. He plays Academy kids like Rico and you slaughter him for that too.
Still not a mention of Silva I notice

We've a massive problem who to play at 6 next week. Just can't play gundo there he's not a 6 never was, even less so now he is as nimble as the titanic.
Another problem is right back we need to put akanji there. Drop walker he's completely shot.
Back 4 and double pivot. No Haaland 6 midfielders Haaland will be a passenger at Anfield.

100% correct. Gundo had one great season for us a year or so before he left us, then relaxed in Spain. For me he was past it when he left. Certainly not a starter now. KDB flatters to deceive. Looked a little more lively but ultimately did nothing of any value, got himself booked

Agree with you on McAtee as well even if not starting he should certainly be getting a lot more minutes or why keep him for the season

I wouldn’t mind at all if he played the young players and I actually mentioned that at the start of the season but pep doesn’t stick with it does he - still plays fucking Walker and Gundo .

FYI we all were happy Gundo came back but he’s been shit since day one coming back and should not be in the first team .

I thought that was obvious

I think Gundo needs a rest. He played most games last season and then straight into the Euros or WC, whatever it was. He wasn’t playing every game for us the first time around.

Unfortunately because of injuries, and Pep’s refusal to play McAtee, he’s having to start every game.

All our eggs were in the Bellingham basket two summers ago and we’ve still not recovered. Didn’t want Rice at the time, but he’d be useful now.
