Savio more than Doku in the wet wipes stakes. Doku, although it rarely leads to anything, at least threatens. Savio is just not very good.

Agree with this. Doku has much more raw power and pace
But neither is close to Raheem in his prime, no matter how frustrating he sometimes was

I think Doku has great potential, he can certainly skin a defender, chips in with the odd goal and usually draws 2 or 3 defenders. Hopefully the end product will come, especially if the recipients bust a gut to be on the end of his crosses, which they are not at the moment. As for Sav, I haven't seen much from him yet, some promising games early on but his confidence has withered and he desperately needs a goal or two. It's a tough one to call today, we need Haaland taking his chances and I'm sure he'll get some today. Walker is my big worry, he is just absolutely useless, personally I'd prefer Rico there at least the boy has spirit and guts.
I'm going for 3-2 City.....don't care who scores.

Surely for the day that's in it the players will up their game. Let's see who's tracking back and who's strolling around. Early diagonal ball to Haaland and we'll score plenty. Tap tap tap around the box and back pass after back pass and it's going to be a long disappointing day. Come on City!

Our defence is going to be a huge worry. Talk of bernard at left back!!
What about nunes at right back, walker and Dias as cbs and josko on the left.
Whatever he does its not going to be ideal.

Palmer is/would've been the perfect Mahrez replacement imo.

We're just going to have to put in a big shift. Everyone has to be at it today it's all we can hope for. We're not going to be great technically today but let's not forget they are shit so let's take it to them.

Is the logic if you do something often enough sooner or later it will work?

Because honestly, I truly despair at the pig headedness of the refusal to change or try something different when things have gone to shit

You’re right. Perhaps Walker can be anonymous today and then at least he won’t gift them goals?

Nope..apparently he has ( If you listen to one or 2 deluded disciples ) no other options other than to play Gundo and Walker....in every single game.

I reckon 3 cbs and Doku and Bernardo as wide men. Unfortunately
