We were dreadful last season at Villa Park but that was an exception. Now it’s the norm. I expected a loss today.

Another loss, no win in 12. I really can't see this changing at all

Same old dogshit. Reminds me of Pep's first season where he wouldn’t change.

None of us expect an away win at somewhere like Villa but it’s the approach where we still think, with huge injury and fitness problems, that we can still play like 2 or 3 years ago.

Thought this week would be one of introspection, turns out it was one of arrogance.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

This is as bad a performance as we've seen in the last 12. And that's saying something

Fucking abysmal

Unless Pep changes tactics can’t see where the next point is coming from. All teams have twigged what to do against us, sit back, break at pace, job done. Only one person in the world can’t see it

Did we actually win a tackle in that game ?
It’s the same game over and over and over and over again. Pep, read this fucking thread you cunt…..Walker, Gundog, Silva…SELL, SELL, SELL. The rest of them read the fucking riot act to put some actual effort into a game and while you’re at it change your tactics, everyone has worked you out and if you’re one nil down and it ain’t working fucking change it before we go two nil down, basic, basic stuff that you’re not doing. If you tell the reporters that we played well and you’re proud of them, then fuck me I really want you to go, now !!! That was utter dog shit.

Referee also had a shocker, books Rico when Tielemans dives to the floor. Minutes later Rico runs through being kicked and has to pull the lad up doesn't he , gives a foul but no yellow.

We were not allowed to win tackles every clean tackle was pulled up as a foul.

I'd have taken 2-1 before kick off. Villa play some good stuff with a decent manager. 2 years ago I'd be expecting a 4 or 5 nil for us. How times change. No problem with a dip in results even the bad run we are having An exceptional poor run of form in anyone's books and one that would see the manager sacked. It's the manner in which we are losing that is passing me off. No heart, no effort
