PL Games January 4/5/6

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

PL Games January 4/5/6

Postby Harry Dowd scored » Fri Jan 03, 2025 2:18 pm

Here we go, New Year let’s hope Pep & the players get their shit together & realize this is football with massive rewards for him & the players, not working in Siberian salt mines or fucking Galley slaves being whipped for not rowing fast enough. Sorry for the rant but I am sick to the back teeth of elite millionaires like Pep & players complaining about the “work load” they have to cope with. Pity them, oh & and thought it worth mentioning that to date, City have used 60 substitutes this season, only Everton with 54 have used less. Dippers have used 74, so Pep, if the players are so fatigued try using subs more effectively. Anyway come on City three points please.

Saturday

have resigned myself to the fact that the dippers are going to win the league this season so i would quite like to see them give the rags an absolute hammering. dippers winning the league and rags relegated would be ok.

Glorious though it would be, the rags will not be relegated. The PL would ensure it didn’t happen

And I also have resigned myself to the very likely outcome of the dippers winning the league. However I still can’t bring myself to want them to win. Even though an absolute mullering is on the cards. Hoping for a draw with red cards and injuries galore and for a pitch invasion so they are docked points

They play Dippers in EFL Semi Final Wednesday, he's resting Son & Maddison for that, so I think it's all on that game given Spurs trophy dodging record.

It’ll be another trophy dodged.

Anyone see them beating the dippers? Can’t see past a hiding to be honest

Fantastic goal by Nwaneri, bet he wouldn't get into our team, he would come on in 89th minute
