Lewis looked promising last season but he’s a disaster this year. The first two goals he’s standing watching making no impact on the game at all. Gives away a free cause he can’t control a ball and we concede the 3rd.

Ederson for me has to better. First one is a half arsed fall on the ground not a dive. Second he has to get up off the ground much quicker and he catches that scuff effort. 3rd goal half arsed dive afraid he’s going to hit the post. Ortega should have been kept in for me despite maybe he should have saved the equaliser at Brentford.

Midfield has no legs. When Dias goes off we have no bollox in the side. How we’ve signed 3 players and none of them a midfielder that can run which is glaring weakness all season is shocking, was needed to be on the door 1st January been obvious for months it’s needed.

3 goal lead v feyenord. 2 goal lead tonight thrown away without the other team doing anything special. We deserve to be knocked out of this competition.

The run of Arsenal Newcastle Liverpool in league without a midfield signing is going to be some embarrassing scorelines if defending like today.

FFS just take your time and watch the replay of the second goal. it all happened too quick . get on your own arse and try and get up within a split second .

Dias is no better than any other defender we have , he has been coasting for ages. He is not a leader , not at all.

Gvardiol is a worry . He makes many mistakes. Rico, sell or stick in the reserves. He is not a defender.

They're all shit and Akanji is a legend in your eyes.

You must be pretty thick skinned or whatever, i have told you directly many times that i don't rate Akanji.

Akanji, good or bad, he turns almost every time.
Dias, Stones and Ake either have a knock or weak knees after getting sucked.

Hard to blame him when the others are a fucking liability.

Glad someone else spotted that, I thought I was the only one. Twice Kev could have played Nunes through and chose not to. At one point Nunes was wide open right next to him on the right deep in their half and Kev looked at him and carried on running with it.

De Bruyne does that alot. He believes he is the best. He is a selfish twat who now is past his best. A lose/lose situation

Pep said the two new CBs were ready to go in the PL. You have to assume two CBs will leave in the Summer. It wont be Dias or Gvardiol so its two of Stones Ake and Akanji. Right now Akanji is our best option at RB imo. I hope to goodness he wont be next season.

De Bruyne " selfish" he's the most unselfish player ever. He is past his best definitely, age and injuries have caught up with him unfortunately but he is still the top of the assist charts this season and still the best bet we've got for the killer ball.

Rather he didn't, can't go forward and can't defend, can't lead or organise. He's a spare part at best, shouldn't be a starter.

Just stated a fact unless I'm mistaken, why do you get upset every time I mention Akanji?

^^^^^^^

I am not upset at all.

I am just staggered at your take on things. You make assumptions about people despite being informed to the contrary. Every time

You put some association between living in switzerland and a city player who is Swiss.

I am no fan of Akanji. How many times do you need to be told or are you just a wind up merchant ? Nothing better to do with your time.

Until we’re not

We are not winning anything this year

Which is fine as it goes. As long as we don’t keep fucking up basic things which leads to loss of confidence and next season going the same way

What Spuds team will turn up at Anfield next midweek ? You never know, might just be down to treble by next weekend.

I think Craig Burley summed up our position after last night's fiasco.
We can't defend,
We can't press any team in midfield
The vast majority of teams in CL can beat us

Our lack of ability to press now, no matter who plays has really crept up on me this season.
Tracking back is overrated.

Marmoush is actually very good at pressing from the front. Wont solve our midfield problems but he’ll be a big positivé in many ways.

Really do not know a great deal about him, other than the ususal youtube videos. But it will interesting to see ifwill he start against chelsea, its not like hes going to come and be happy sit on the bench.
He might replace KDB who has started the last 3 games and Foden play in KDBs position.

I think you're on the shrooms fella. According to you, all our losses are down to luck or individual errors. Never heard you criticise Pep (this season) and call him out for his poor selections and substitutions. Criticism does not equate to 'hate'.
