It’s been a nightmare of a season.

Only decent moment he had, the rest he was a calamity. Passes under pressure, same like with Arse.
His personal life took over a player who at some point looked like a leader.

What are you on about? Looked dangerous every time he got the ball in the 10 mins either side of the pen.

By the way Gundo was not responsible for either goal as far as I could see.Ederson for the fist as far as I could see and Kova plus Lewis for the second. Kev was running on fumes and needed to be switched. Akanji was injured.

I am on the side that thinks Pep needs a break, but he has no fault in what happened tonight.

Why are his players dropping like flies? Why some of them have a shit personal life?
Remember the shit Nasri got for being a coward? A few of these fuckers are in a class of their own.

I think they want him out, that is what is up.
And Khaldoon should step in.

It’s on Pep putting him in there Kushanov would have been a better option, anyone who can defend to any level would be. Even in possession he practically holding hands with Kovacic when he came on was a waste having him inverting into centre.

Kovacic on the second goal is ahead of Diaz and standing watching doesn’t react when the ball back off Ederson and leaves a simple tap in, not good enough player of his supposed level. What the fuck Ederson was trying to do with the kick out is beyond me. 2-1 up, put the ball down to Haaland down the side and play from there. Managed to go from good position to practical lost cause in 6 minutes.

Players look to have no energy which doesn’t bode well for the next 3 games which come very fast.

Can't blame Lewis when Kovacic plays that stupid wierd pass in the air like that. That goal was all Kova's fault. But then Lewis and Dias could have taken tactical fouls and Ederson should have also been out a lot quicker. Even Stones should have just given away the pen and taken the red.

Disagree, regardless of what happened to get to that position and previous mistakes by others Lewis has to deal with the ball there , he hesitates and then does nothing. Don’t let ball and man past you there, it’s so far out he isn’t getting a red card out there too many covering. Dias or stones make the foul they off.

Yeah, dangerous for us. Put players under pressure with his passes, stayed hidden half the game, offered zero support to Rico, petulant.
Might aswell cut his right leg, he seems like he doesn't use it at all. One Leg Foden.

Most have them have played 60 odd games a season for 4/5 seasons in a row and have won the lot, over and over. There's a reason why that hasn't happened before, even when teams only played 40 games a season.

People have short memories - In football terms some of these players are old fuckers - and I just think they're fucked.

Unfortunate for us they all ended up fucked at the same time

He was passed a ball he couldn't physically do anything with. It was 100% the poor pass from Kova. I agree he probably should have just booted him.... but thats not our players first instinct (since Fern left). I think Rico is a squad player at best, but I'm not blaming him for that 3rd goal tonight

Kevin with no legs is better than Gundogan. Pep should have brought mc atee, Nico g or o reilly, would they have been any worse?

Glad it’s not just me. He wasn’t directly responsible as many have pointed out. Having said that we’ve brought him on to see our a game, what 6-10 times now? Have we tried just not doing that and seeing what happens?

This world so infrequently id be willing to suggest we couldn’t get much worse results by making an attacking change instead. Or no change. Let Kev wall around and coach them. Anything but this shit on rinse and repeat.

No idea what some see in Rico Lewis he is fucking shit, not even Championship level.Everything about his game is horrible. Soon as he came on i knew everything would come down his side and he would cost us the game.

He passes the Ball then starts gesticulating to team mates like a Traffic Cop.

Why not put Khusanov there, big, fast and strong, Rico I like but not in that role, he is not a fucking defender. You paid 50 million squid for him, put him on the pitch. I reckon we were playing for 1-1, there was zero energy in our team for 10-15 mins then we got a penalty. 2-1 and no effort whatsoever to get a third, just shore it up and keep them out and that should have been the furthest thing on our minds, we have to win the tie and the best place to do that is at ours. A horrible season for so many reasons.

who brought the subs on?

The subs should have stood strong and dealt with it. Goalie was totally at fault for the first one. A totally unnecessary and risky pass. Then we were I rabbits in the headlights mode. We are out and we shouldn’t have been.
