You can't not sell players. If they don't look like making it WHILST THEY ARE HERE or in the loan chances they are given , then we have to move on with new signings. Tough.

That's the ideal scenario but it's on a knife edge whether the young players will get the time they need to intergrate into the first team squad. They're expected to perform at an elite level almost straight away. Look how long it took Foden to establish himself it was over 3 seasons of brilliant performances. Will the next crop of youngsters be offered the same opportunity or will it be a case of selling for 30 or 40 million to lesser teams.

It’s bloody amazing isn’t it, total domination with nos short measure of skill and inventiveness…..and yet so often with French teams, they implode. The tie for PSG should have been over at half time. Th single game changing moment was the red card decision which I still cannot fathom, firstly why the ref didn’t give it in real time and then the secondary more difficult to overturn review. To me that’s corruption in football in plain sight. That’s a complete game changer, they knew it and sided with Liverpool. Disgusting officiating.

Spot on.
I thought when it went to review it would be given.
The fact it wasn't creates more questions.

I was to think winner Brugge-Villa would play winner PSG-Murderers next.

Correct. Murderers will play Villa. Real/Athletico play Arsenal.
