Im sure there’d have been swelling this morning making proper evaluation impossible. Looked like he sprained his ankle. I doubt he’ll play in April but might be ok for the FA Cup Final if we get there. What a shitload of luck we’ve had this season.

He's been poor lately. I'd even go so far as to say that our poor run started by missing loads of first half chances, then getting tonked in the second half

Might benefit us a bit and give him a chance to reset.

Would be a different story if we hadn't signed Marmoush of course

Supposed to be out for weeks. Hobbled away on crutches in an ankle boot, yet some reports said he ricked his knee? It's said he will be out for weeks, who knows. It will be interesting to see Marmoush and Foden step up. May even see Bobb. As our team have been dictated to be Haaland's presence i think we might benefit from him not being available, he certainly doesnt get involved in a game if he isnt scoring. I think it may galvanise our players

Weirdly, when Haaland went off on Sunday it seemed the players were more willing to play through balls to Marmoush, than they were with Haaland.

That’s because marmoush is a much better footballer- the ball bounces off Haaland more often than not as he has average ball control skills.

Pep says he’s been told by the medical staff he’ll be out for 5-7 weeks. Touch and go for the Cup final in that case. We have to plan for CL qualification without him. Pep agrees that in his absence we need to get more players with a sense of goal into the box.

I seriously think we will play better without him - some players will step up - I'm convinced of it .

Shit news.....

Indeed. But that might be time for Marmoush to shine. And hopefully Bobb get some minutes on the pitch again!

Is that Simpson Pusey kid dead? Played CL for us and not seen him at all recently. Not even been in the matchday squads.

Surely buying Khusanov and Reis was the writing on the wall for Simpson Pusey at City.

Injured mate. Spot the newsnow gutter articles where it says 'forward ruled out for cup semi'. So you assume it's Marmoush, but no, it's Bobb.

Presumably in the 30 seconds he was on the field the other day
