Haaland out for a while.

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

That's my view too. I saw that SP is captain of the EDS who topped the league going into the play offs and are in youth cup final. Reiss is also turning out for them which will do him no harm until he presumably, steps up to first tesm squad next season.

Injured mate. Spot the newsnow gutter articles where it says 'forward ruled out for cup semi'. So you assume it's Marmoush, but no, it's Bobb.

Presumably in the 30 seconds he was on the field the other day

Cheers I missed that.

Seem to be playing better as a team without him. Would suggest when he returns Pep tries to ease off on making him our 'sole' focal point of attack. Too easy to mark him out of the game and it makes our game very pedestrian. Walking the ball thru endless passing up the pitch to eventually try to penetrate a packed defence, doesn't suit him and makes us boring as fuck

Need to go back to the way we were playing during the treble season where we got the ball to him quickly and launched balls into the box.

Yes. Funny how we have the world's deadliest striker in a generation and we don't know how to proper use him because our game is tippy-tappy based.
I am laughing at Madrid rumours, but if we keep this up, those cunts will come sniffing.

We just clicked that season - Grealish , Walker , Foden , Gundogen , Alvarez piled on with 17 goals in 21 starts Mahrez and Bernardo had their best season .

Just about everyone clicked -

As for Haaland being out , I said we’d play better without him as we seemed to have lost our way on how to get the ball to
him over the months , so had we had no choice but to play differently - we have seen glimpses of yesteryears style recently instead of the tippy tappy rubbish that we are normally made to watch.

Honestly, a £150M bid would be difficult to turn down

We paid £53m for Nunes and £45m for Phillips. That’s £100m on two utterly gash players

Nunes starting to play better despite being played in a rightback role. Pep thinks defence is easy but it aint

Foul throws are incredibly common in the prem and widely ignored by the ref unless said ref is a cunt.

Don't get me wrong, I am no Nunes fan (except for 30 seconds after he scores  )

He lifted his foot. That’s not common - I know not coming far enough back behind the head is, but lifting your foot is basic shit and only that gormless twat has done it for us this season.

I say about 20 % of throw ins are not legit, gut feel. Most of our team cant throw a ball in properley so i'd look for something else to mark down Nunes. Christ knowsxthere's enough of them and he should be in a City team as a right back. Said the same when Silva was chucked in at LB. I'd rather see a dedicated youth player that has been trained defensively. All i'm saying is Nunes is playing better and he has energy. Something that is missing in our aging midfield. Personally i'd be getting Khusanov trained up in a RB position
