Medical going on now (according to SSN)
I will be sad to see him go, I dont want him to leave but realise he has stronger competition for a starting place, I would have hoped he'd have stayed one more season.

On the whole, I think it is quite a sad thing.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

Would have liked to see him stay one more season - he put some good work in so far.

Also Leslie and Cook must be confident that we will finish above Spurs and Villa if they are allowing our players to strengthen their crops.

It's sad that he won't be able to share in the good times with us over the last period of his career but I've never thought he was good enough for a top 4 side. Perhaps it's better he finishes his career as a regular 1st team player as he could've found himself 5th choice CB with us. He could enjoy some good times at Villa. Doubt it unfortunately though; don't think they're very good.
Good luck to the lad anyway.

I agree with all of that.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Likely to strengthen their bench, deserves first team football somewhere though.

even though i think city have outgrown dunne i think he will be a great signing for villa, can really see him recapturing his old form. At city however, id much prefer to have ned pushing lescott n toure

Good signing for Villa. He'll strengthen them.

Thanks Richard

Has he actually gone yet? Can't see anything other than the Collins signing on the Villa site.
