Sad news. If i had my time again though i'd come back as a flower seller at Anfield. It will be milked until the teats are hard and shrivelled

I said ro Mrs this morning that they would retire the shirt today which you'd expect. I doubt that it stops there we all know the drill

They wouldn't be the first club to retire a shirt number would they?

To be honest, I am bothered more by the likes of Romano, who posted nonstop what other players said just to get likes, and the media that showed pictures of the remains of the car or his wedding.
Those are the lowest of the lowest for me.

DO IT FOR DIOGO their new battle cry. The 96/97 kicked into touch.
Did any other club behave like this? Maybe United for 50 years. Why cant they be a Bolton, Bradford or Rangers?

Police have said he was speeding and overtaking, all in the early hours.

Why do footballers act this way when they have so much to lose?

yep, sympathy levels drop significantly when you hear that he was driving like a dick
just glad it was 'only' him and his brother and no other innocent folks were taken out in the crash
i wonder how insurance works if it's proven that you were responsible for your own death? i'm presuming they won't pay out?

His Mrs has been given a fair few million apparently, from Liverpool so I'd imagine she'll be okay.

We have driven that area a number of times. Who knows mate, I recently commented to my wife that motorway surfaces in Spain are in poor nick. As bad as our b roads.
At night he’s paid a very high price for this. Tragic.

Currently in Spain, motorways are empty and in good nick. Also well covered by speed cameras. Must have been driving way too fast , top speed limit is 120km/hr so not much more than UK. Driver error always likely with skid marks and bursting into flames. Hopefully they died on impact rather than burning alive
