That's appalling man management. He has a right to pick and choose, but come on man, he's been waiting since February, did he not like the 15 mins he showed us all on Saturday. At least have him on the bench

Perhaps you should wait and find out the situation before needlessly spouting off .

The big picture is he’s been here for nearly 4 months and has had 15 minutes on the pitch. And I’d humbly suggest he showed enough in those few minutes to make his no show previously look a very poor decision

I’d say no. A young lad who has just made his debut in the Cup Final would be chomping at the bit to kick on and play/be part of the next game.

Can’t see why he’d rule himself out by feeling unwell

Reading between the lines SwissTony. A lot of his squad seem to be sick.

Under no circumstances should he be allowed to leave to go to Girona.

The few minutes he's so far been afforded have for me shown there's a decent player in there

Why play this lad though when we've got Gundo and Bern to slow our attacking to a near stop?

Bobb will be the first name on the team sheet by Christmas. Neither should be loaned out it’s madness. Macatee yes !

What makes him different to Alvarez that he needs to be loaned out?

I see Madrid are about to get Mastantuono, he was the next in line after Echeverri. No reports of him being loaned out by Alonso. He is going there to stay and fight. So why wouldn’t Echeverri do the same?
For me it smells of favoritism, and giving game time to the same faces.

I understand why he wants to go to Roma rather than Girona.

I dug into it, and it’s mainly a work-permit, points-based issue —he’s borderline right now, so the club are loaning him out to boost his score. That is probably one of the reasons hes been loaned out.

If that is the case, then do it smartly, but I think we could have gotten a work permit for him.
What scares me is the loan-to-buy offer from Roma, which includes a buy-back clause. If we accept that, we are the idiots of the world.
