there are a number of players who should be moved on. Without a doubt. Reijnders runs around hiding from the ball . SAvio (even though he showed promise in Spain) , just isn't good enough.

However, Pep got it really wrong with that team selection. Whether his coaches are wrong too, well.

Time and time again it is said, Start with your strongest eleven.

Actually, I feel a little bit sorry for Nico, the only one who wasn't chopped after last weekend. He is turning into a great midfielder and he has to play with rudolf and nobody else in midfield.

Leverkusen were crap, passing abysmal yet we made them look good. Two shocking, poorly defended goals to give away.

If we’re going to start Bobb and Savinho can we at least play 8 defenders behind them so we don’t concede? There’s no fucking chance in this earth we score with those two on together. Diabolical.

Marmoush I’ve been dying to see and he was a ghost all game.

Reijnders needs to be scoring if he’s going to lose every dual all season.

Fuck me I should have stayed in bed.
Tracking back is overrated.

Those are players he brought or kept.
Players who have a decent game per season.

Pep buys fuck all. I have no idea why people think he has any say on incoming transfers. It's been obvious for a long time that signings are made for him and it's up to him to make use of them. He might have an input on one or two but everything is sporting director stuff.

Lol, do you think he doesn’t have a say?
Why do you think we have such a small squad?

Fuck me, sav is the worse wingers I have seen at city, in last 10 minutes he had the ball and lots of room to go forward but he stops turns round to come back and falls over, we won't get 7 million for him now, should of taken the money spurs wanted to pay

Whoever sanctioned the non-sale of Savinho should be prosecuted. Scandalous.[/quote]

That made me smile this morning. Missed the fun last night as working away. Got that all wrong last nighr Pep, as a result, we will now get an extra two games to add to the busy schedule - no fucking need

 the guy is useless! Offers absolutely nothing.
Reijnders and Aït Nouri are bad as well. A very poor summer window.

Liam Delap scored against Barca and we've not got anyone to cover for Haaland  Our recruitment in and out has been a shambles the last few years.

Exactly, the line up must surely have acted as Leverkusen's team talk. Completely disrespected them and they more than proved Pep wrong. He played a stronger team against Swansea in the League Cup.

Not selling Savinho for 70 million should be a sacking offence!

However bad Savinho was last night he was still a mile better than Bobb who refuses to try and beat his man at practically every opportunity. He also refuses to shoot. Everyone seems to lay off him as he's come through the academy but he's a year older than Savinho.

you can add another academy graduate Rico Lewis, who is just not good enough, didn't he get a contract as well.

Bobb was nowhere near as bad as your golden boy Savio. Bobb literally ran at their LB at the end of the first half, beat him and crossed it in. More in that ten seconds than Savio all night - plus Bobb didn't fall over his own feet...

I think Bobb is as bad they come, Mase.

His national team coach described him perfectly: He takes too long with the ball, positions himself strangely and doesn’t press well.

People were raging about him because he came from the academy and because of that goal.

Bobb was garbage. One cross in 90 minutes. Passed backwards every time following on from his sub performance at Newcastle when he had a great chance to shoot in stoppage time and passed it 20 yards backwards. Sav certainly isn't my golden boy, but he was loads better than Bobb.

 was he fuck! Let's look at the stats -

Bobb -
unsuccessful touches = 1
Dispossessed = 0
Key passes = 2

Savio -
unsuccessful touches = 2
Dispossessed = 1
Key passes = 0

Absolutely no way Savio was any better than Bobb

Just been on a few different player ratings for last night.
They all have Trafford, Ait Nouri and Bobb as a 4/10. Sav with a few others at 5/10
Seems there's a few think so.
