Standing between the North stand and the Kippax with my old school mates that day, i can confirm it was bloody noisy when King Colin came on.

Merry Christmas Blues!

Celebrated in Sweden with my family, but heading back to NL tonight. Very nice to see the whole family – 8 adults, 6 kids + my oldest niece's boyfriend.

Probably the last Christmas with my mum, though, which dampend the mood a bit. Her Alzheimer's progressing really fast now. She enjoys being around us and sort of know she's with people she loves and who love her, but most of the time she doesn't know who we are. Terrible fucking disease.

But hey ho. Will record the game tomorrow and watch it on the evening. Tomorrow afternoon I will play my last round of golf for the year. It will be fucking Arctic, though, and probably winter greens on a few whole. Still nice to walk off some of that Christmas grub.
