We lose on Sat, which is quite likely, we lose the Carabou Cup final, which is quite likely, we cannot and will not win the league, it’s in Arsenals hands once again. I cannot see us beating them at home and we’re nowhere near good enough to win the CL, I think we’re in for another potless season. Sight.

For me we would easy beat arsenal at home.in the league, playing our best team and putting effort it. That means nothing re rhe league cos we wont turn up in most of the other games. Especially 2nd halves. Team of lazy arses who dont get up for games.

I know Savinho has been atrocious all season but he actually did well when he came on today. Beat his man a number of times and put some dangerous balls in.

Sparkle, there's a lot that you write , that i disagree with , but on this point i think you are correct and i agree.

That was not a foul , further , Haarland actually kicked the ball out for a goal kick.

Get up and get on with it.

As for the rest of the comments by others. Forest eaked two goals out of nothing, fair play to them, they were good goals. It isn't over yet

I don''t have any means to watch games anymore so listened on the City app comentator's on there were livid that decisions went against us . Apart from that I have been saying for weeks now that we are just not good enough to put in a title challenge and last night proved it for me. Just have to accept that the Gooner's are lifting it and move on . Last night after listening to them I felt like not bothering with football anymore. But I will carry on I suppose .:

The Rodri one, if that's on the halfway line and Rodri makes a pass and Anderson mistimes and kicks him - it's a free kick...

Pep commented that we played well for 90 minutes against a good defensive team.
Different to what i thought.
13 points lost from winnable positions this season.
Countless other games where we have clung on for dear life.
I only recall 1 game, against Liverpool, where we fought our way back into a game and took the points.
I thought the ref made s few poor decisions but not concerning the penalty shouts. Haaland was hardly touched, fell over looking for it. Rodri was unlucky both going for the ball. Course we seen them given.
Thought the ref could have booked the keeper for feigning injury, seems to be a common tactic for keepers this season. Happened in Arsenal's game ( regular occurrence) . In the round though we were simply not good enough to beat a bottom 4 club that is sacking managers for fun

I think we need to manage expectations - we don't have leaders anymore. We don't have prime Gundo, Walker, prime Stones, prime Rodri, Sergio, prime Bern, Kev etc.

We've got Savio, Doku, Aït Nouri, Marmoush, a lanky lad that strolls around up top, a local lass that can't pass, tackle or shoot at the moment, Dias, etc.

A team full of shithouses.

Agree with this, but I still think the main reason is the way we play.
Anderson scored in the 76 minute. After that, our only real chance was in the 97 minute.

Before that we passed from side to side then a pass behind the lines and a cross in the first defender. Copy & paste every single attack.
Our only chance was in the 97th minute. 20 minutes after their goal.

That's on us, on the subs that were odd and mostly the chaos in what we play. I think I've seen Nunes play as a left back in the dying minutes.

I agree the some players are not good enough, but we really, really are mediocre.

Yeah I agree, our tactics and style of play don't suit the players we have.

Snide is exactly what this team needs. Think de Jong, Fernando, Bernardo and even David Silva all had a snide side as had Aguero. We need guys who aren't afraid to come across as horrible if it breaks up play. The thing with snide cunts is when they're in your team you realise how good they are. Bellamy was hated by many before he came and then people realised that all the things you hate him for are what makes him good. I'm OK with Anderson.

The only gift that player has is pace, and yes he got to the byline a couple of times using it, but I would disagree that his crosses were dangerous….nothing came of them !!!

Fingers crossed next season we'll have the personnel to implement some tactics and style of play that does suit the players we have, also fingers crossed some of the players we have we don't have next season.

According to RefWatch, the Haaland penno was 100% a penalty and they can’t understand why it wasn’t given:

DERMOT SAYS: "If I were a forward and pushed the ball past the 'keeper like that and the 'keeper hits me and doesn't get the ball, then I would expect a penalty.
"The forward's pushed the ball away, the 'keeper hasn't got it, he's gone to ground and he's got to get the ball, and he doesn't."
BOTHROYD SAYS: "That's 100 per cent a penalty. I don't understand why they haven't given that. I think the 'keeper even knows!
"He's clearly hit Haaland and he hasn't even got up to say he didn't touch him. He knows."

They both have different opinions on the Rodri one.

Haaland played the ball past the goalie, made no attempt to run on and retrieve it, instead he veered into the goalie’s path and made sure there was contact, in other words he was looking for the penno. Definitely the correct decision for me. The Rodri one is a little less clear, yes, it probably is a free kick anywhere else on the pitch, but his shot was well off target, I think if the foul had come as he was shooting it would have been a definite penalty. I would be very irate if that scenario was given against us.

Not playing Khus over Días cost us a goal.
It’s just CRIMINAL keeping him on the bench when every man and his dog has seen him excel for us and yet the bald twat still prefers Días over him.
And before anyone says anything - DIas was fucking useless for their goal - totally at fault.

He certainly didn't cover himself with glory but he wasn't totally at fault. Foden was mainly at fault for both goals for me.
Don't understand why he took Ait Nouri off, fabulous delivery from him for the 2nd goal.

I didn't understand why he took Cherki off. We're looking for a goal from nothing, a moment of magic - he takes off our main player that offers that
