Will need to be one of the biggest comebacks in history to get through tonight. Not impossible as Madrid are sometimes poor travellers, but it is unlikely. And I don’t actually think the players believe they can do it either.

Surely we will have an eye on the final v Arsenal on Sunday as well?

Having said that, I think we will win but not by enough

Fancy us tonight but Don't know where Pep's head will be. Does he learn from the first leg or go balls out to turn it around. Either way am stuck in London so wont be back for it

Early goal or two needed to settle the nerves ( the teams, not mine ) . Their first goal last week was a typical Ed to Kun, or Erling. These things happen. I just hope Dias turns up tonight

I’d love it Keegan-style if we went through tonight.

I’m not arsed how we play, if it’s boring or any of that shite. Just fucking beat these loathsome bastards by four goals, City. In fact, there would be a certain joy in shithousing our way past these twats.

Anyone who's going, sing yourself hoarse on behalf of all of us who can’t get there, please.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

It's a big ask but if anyone can turn this around It's us. For years we were tagged as the great unpredictables and it feels a bit like that now. We're still capable of a big performance and we need one now and another in the cup final. 4-1 City win extra time and win on penalties. Hope is a wonderful thing.

An early goal for us will have the crowd bouncing and really up for it.

An early goal for them will see the place flat and empty by 60 mins

We have to come out all guns blazing

From the get go, we need a more nuanced approach, get all our ducks in a row, be singing off the same hymn sheet, making sure we are on a level playing field, at the end of the day remember it’s eleven v eleven we will prevail & it will be a all round collective carthartic experience.
3-1 City glorious defeat
Supposed to bit a bit of fun about commentators with silly phrases

Let's just go for it, attack from the go, make sure players are in penalty area when we do attack, none of this fucking sidewards or backwards passing, I won't mind if we don't go through but we had a bloody good go at them.We all know that if we don't go through there will be some on here ( you know who you are ) will be crying saying pep out but if we give them a bloody good go and go out by a goal then we focus on sunday. Remember games on prime tonight and not TNT

I am normally a positive soul and often accused of being optimistic when predicting our score before KO......

But these cunts with one game plan, stop all flow of the game with cheap fouls, playing for a draw.

If we can beat that then we deserve to go all the way to the final.

Haaland owes us more than a month of goals, so he'd better step proper tonight.

Actually going tonight, my first game in person this season.

If we can get one in the first 15 mins I think we'll have some belief and give it a good go.

My only worry is an idiotic mistake early doors and them getting one and killing the tie.

I think he should put Nico in alongside Rodri today. Make us more solid in the middle but both of them are decent going forward as well.

Id also like him to take a punt on putting Cherki and Foden in together from the start. Phil is due a big performance for us, why not tonight!

Anyone brave enough to predict what the line up will be?

I think it will be 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1

Donnarumma

Nunes
Khusanov
Guehi
Ait nouri

Bernardo
Rodri
O'Rielly

Cherki
Haaland
Doku

He might go Foden. I have a feeling this is what he was talking about when he said he knew his side part from one position he was still undecided on.

Foden can be the wild card. Knowing my luck he was thinking about Savio.

Fuck knows

I Don't see him leaving Dias out unless he's injured but I'd take that team
