He said Monga looked absolutely class when he came on, Reis far better on the ball than Dias and Semenyo quality again.

Dias needs shipping. He'll cost us this season.

We've had the best of him a few years ago.

100% Plus his constant want to become a celebrity is a bit grating.

more interested in fashion shoots than defending over the last 2 seasons. These days he seems pretty indistinguishable from Mangala but with less pace

Watched the 2nd half of that game yesterday on the city channel, despite it being 1pm I found it very hard to stay awake.
I really dont know why anyone gets bothered about these games, a decent training session would probably do the lads better.

I watched the whole match and I agree that Monga looks a great prospect and the confidence he shows at 17 is remarkable. I disagree with the Reis/Dias comparison. I thought Reis looked a bit wobbly and some of his passing was off kilter. We all know that Dias is a great defender when he’s on it, but he’s been like Foden…..off colour for two seasons. It’s time for both of them to step up to what we know they are capable of otherwise they’ll be bit part players. I’m very excited and looking forward to the post Pep era, we have a great squad and will surely be challenging for all the major honours once again.

Of all the teams to play as your last pre season , who cam up with the idea of playing against Simeones boot boys!!! KO is midday.

XI | Donnarumma, Nunes, Reis, Dias (C), Gvardiol, Reijnders, Kovacic, Savinho, Foden, Semenyo, Marmoush

SUBS | Bettinelli, Wint, Chabot, Nico, Ait-Nouri, Echeverri, Monga, Braithwaite, Mukasa, Mubama, Alleyne, Sangare, F. Samba, Heskey, Lewis,

Annoying that Dias seems like he'll be out captain next season. Guèhi and Khus developed a decent partnership

Would not count on it. Guehi yet to return from WC break. Khus flown home for personal reasons. Enzo will see Guehi and Khus as first choice I'm sure depending on how Josko gets on at lb. Not a fan of Ait-nouri as yet.

Nunes
Khus
Guehi
Gvardiol

Khus
Guehi
Gvardiol
OReilly

Would be my options for back 4 depending on which full back you what bombing on and leaving a solid 3 at the back in a fluid formation.

Dias firmly back up option for the CBs but not my first choice

reindeer has done ok imo. foden on the other hand, playing like a coward for 3 seasons running but “he’s one of ours” so he gets a pass. apparently.

Agree with Dias as back up in our best back four. Still believe there has got to be better full back options out there that would also allow O'Reilly to play further up

Beeb text has Rudolph "playing like a man possessed" no idea as not watching the game.

Half time:

Same old, all us and they score with only chance (came from a corner)

Big positive is direct wing play.
Semenyo and foden.

Omar same shite and isnt our second striker especially with more balls in we need someone else.

Was gonna say sav same old shite but then he did fire two good balls in but nobody in the box

Savinho equally as shite but surprises nobody. Beats his man for fun sometimes but fuck all end product. Please Spurs, put us out of our misery and sign him soon!
