It is disturbing how many FIFA execs shave their heads, it's like a secret club. I wonder, when Wenger finds out that a haircut is 20 dollars and a shave 5 dollars, if he will also ask the barber to shave his head ?

Does he get a free ride in his first season like Pep did? CL qualification is a must, but what about beyond that?
I'm all for giving the Italian Baldie some time, but I better not see any copy-paste of that boring pass-pass-pass football from the last few years. Otherwise, the slagging will start.

Apparently Pep’s pass, pass, pass is so last century, fast attacking football & no fucking about at the back is the modern game.

Yeah he's been piss poor. His team selections set Carl on a Baldie rant every time :D

How many does he need for his backroom team - seven listed on the OS not including Carson and the set piece coach who are staying.

Was thinking exactly the same. It's ridiculous. There still seem to be more coming. Mind you, Pep had about 40, coming out for those end of season parades

If this guy thought he was under the spotlight at Chelsea, that will be nothing compared to what will be coming his way from the media and fans this season. He seems a decent, well spoken fellow from what I can see. Already, after one average performance, in a game that’s nice to win but means absolutely fuck all, the media are sharpening their pencils to stab him in the back to ensure the red cartel get back to where they think they belong. We created a couple of good chances, it just wasn’t our day. Any other team and it wouldn’t be news on Monday, but already most of the media and a lot of fans have written the PL season off for City even before a ball has been kicked. It’s ludicrous. The smoke that’s been blown up the Arse is great as far as I’m concerned put the pressure on them. It’s over to the players now, a good start against Bournemouth, show some fucking passion and grit. We will win the league if we do.

I seem to remember that every single pundit was predicting Liverpool to dominate last season and the foreseeable this time last year and the were monumentally shite.

It's not easy to defend the title. Let Arsenal keep getting over confident and cocky, think they'll get a big surprise.

They only just limped over the line last season when in reality they should have won it before Easter as everyone else was terrible.

Not forgetting rules are supposed to be tighter around all the wrestling on corners now.

Guaranteed some clubs will have more decisions go their way. My money is on teams playing in red.
