he is not nearly as good 1v1 but his overall play is much better and brings more to the team. Would savinho ever had volleyed that back onto a City head? never

not the best start but some really good passing moves as the half went on, we look at lot more dynamic going forward than we have for years

Apparently has played right wing back in Brazil so maybe that's the plan as a Nunes back up/alternative. Can't see him getting much game time on the right wing. Semenyo, Ndiaye, Cherki and Foden probably get the shout before he does and maybe even McAidoo.

I really enjoyed that first half. Not bad for our second string (apart from Cherki). I bet we could beat quote a few prem teams with this line up.

Sambal looks good upfront. Our Moroccan kid is ace. Kuhs and Reis look very accomplished, and Kov does well as the senior midfielder.

Before the game, I was thinking about who could play as a nine. Wasn't even aware of Samba, and toyed with the idea of playing O'Reilly there. I think he could pull it off. Big, strong and fast lad with a bit of killer instinct.
