Sunderland are a good side. This was always going to be a tough game. But we’re not helping ourselves with silly mistakes.

Dias hasn’t played well for 2 years. He shouldn’t be starting, never mind captain. Gvardiol never has been and never will be a left back. The defence is painful to watch.

But the positives are that we are fighting back and really should be 4-2 up.

The captaincy.... it ALMOST wants us to gi back Pep's ridiculous pool of 3 as voted by the players, Dias clearly isn't right for the job, cannot captain the team and concentrate on his own game, which being frank even when hes not had the arm band has not bee great!
