I fail to see how this can be an official match thread when there are no stars in the title!

Anyway, as I was saying...

I'm not sure I can find my way to the ground tonight it's been so long since we last played at home!!

THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Everton again very vocal about us pre game, what a load of balls get over it Moyes you freak.
Lescott has moved on and if a club he considers better than everton came in for him im sure he would jump ship himself.
Bitter and twisted is the only explanation for his attitude towards city, i really hope we go to town on them tonight.

Well excited about this one - had to head back to London this morning so won't be in the ground (shite) but starting to feel real optimism for the first time since before the League Cup semi... we could put down a marker tonight.
All we are saying is give Doug a pass.

But after reading the shite that was posted on that toffees forum on the away fixture at theirs...they can shove it

Can't believe how bitter they were

couple of my good mates are Evertonians and they are pretty level headed - i just can't stand Gollum badmouthing us. What have we ever said about Everton? How have we ever slated them? We bought one of their players, wow thats disgusting. Im pretty sure Wolves didn't want to lose Joleon either but i bet cuntface didn't give a fuck about that.

God i hate this twat, he's nailed on to be the next scum manager. just needs to start caning the famous grouse.

The New Rich Boys pointing fingers at the players they want to sign can be quite unsettling for the Club who is employing them. I'm still a little disappointed with the way the $WP deal went through after he left for Chelsea. Although I think we won that one, overall!

I've never hidden my admiration for Moyes as a Manager and still feel his continued success with Everton goes without sufficient praise from the right quarters. Fair play also to Everton for both employing a young, up and coming Manager from the Lower Leagues AND sticking with him when things were bad. Something City are guilty of not doing. Either / both etc.

Still, we've got more money than them and we're not from Liverpool.

I thought Toure might start. Didn't see Vieira being dropped or even Santa Cruz following his Goal at Fulham. He must be keeping players fit - although we don't play again until Monday. And that's against Wigan.

Edit - And Ireland starting too. I didn't initially notice... Very interesting.

I am a bit concerned about that line-up. Was hoping for a 4-4-2 like at fulham.. but maybe Mancini will prove me wrong.

Come on CITY , three points please!
