Tevez has claimed it.
And rightly so - he's a goalscorer.

OS is giving it Tevez now too -

Top scorer Carlos Tevez weighed in with two more - including the penalty opener - to take his haul to 28 while Emmanuel Adebayor snapped up a brace as the Blues made it 14 in three games

Harsh on Neddy but a striker will always claim it even with the slightest of touches

Ned's header was on target, if it had taken a deflection off a Brum player the goal would be credited to Ned.

Dubious goals panel only rules on own goals.

It's City's decision who is credited with this.

Neddie. When I read the story on OS I thought there was just a silly mistake.. Have to see the highlights before I'll change my opinion.

Definately Carlos' goal. Ned headed it and Carlos just sneaked a toe to move it a little.

Ned was quite happy to give it to Carlos so that's OK with me.

Tevez's goal, no doubt for me, he touched it into the net, even if it was the slightest of touches, they all count, how gutted would Baconface be if Tevez stormed in for Golden Boot?

It was Tevez's goal he touched it last it's his, and that puts him 4 behind Rooney. 3 next weekend would be the iceing on the cake.

Tevez is desperate to get that golden boot and with the club backing the guy to the hilt it's obvious who they gonna give the goal to.

Ned is good at counting so knows the extra value of the goal to Carlos. So while it was most definitely Ned's goal, he can give it away if he want to...
