Hang on a minute - I haven't looked at this thread in a while but was already positive I was doing the Fulham game? I have searched my inbox but admittedly can't find any evidence of this - was in mentioned in the Townley perchance? Seriously, I'm not kidding - I'm convinced I'd had it confirmed I was doing the Fulham game...defo no PM re Mackems...

Apologies if this isn't the case WW, but if you could rack your brains it might confirm I'm not actually going mad.

Due to a nagging doubt I've had another trawl through my inbox and it was supposed to be Fulham - we spoke about it via PM on Tuesday the 9th this month!

Is anyone doing this game? I do have about 4 pages of this I was gonna type up, but after thinking I'd inadvertantly made the whole thing up, didn't bother. Am off to bed now, but can do it tomorrow if it still needs doing?

WHAT AN ALMIGHTY FUCK UP

Sincere apologies mate, it is me who completely screwed things up, you were down for fulham and you are not going mad. Really sorry, I must be the one going barking.

Hmmmm. Depends...

...pint of Guinness should do it...?

Haha, seriously, no worries WW, to err is human and all that. I'm just made-up that I'm not going mental, not to mention what could have been a painful/embarrassing public admonishment from The Man In Blue.

It's a shame really cos once I'd thought I was insane I kinda went with it, burned all my clothes and pulled all my hair and teeth out. Nil desperandum. I'll send it over later.

I'll do it, City have the quality in Tevez and Bellamy to easily be 2-0 up at half time, still dodgy at the back and will need a third at least to keep the "comeback cunts" at bay.

If you agree to write a preview then are unable to do so can you please let us know so that we can find somebody else to do it.

Thanks.

Yeah, my apologies to all on this. Have PM’d WW about a week ago offering same. Bit of a balls up. Had time allocated on the Thurs for the Fulham game on Sunday, then what with all the messing on, didn’t have time to complete it all then. Attempts to catch up on Fri were thwarted by various comings and goings : girlfriend’s 30 th that weekend resulted in an Epic Fail, and had precious little time since to come and cyber grovel.
Piss annoying, sorry. Particularly as I had it all down on paper, 4 and a half bloody pages of A4! Sad but true. Now I know why they call it foolscap.

I will by way of hopeful absolvement, offer a pint, to the first person who asks me at the Townley, pre-derby. One time offer on a first come first served basis, pun not intended. You heard it here first.

It wasn't really aimed at you mate, it has happened several times before and once since you were supposed to do yours.
