That ought to be agreeable to any reasonable Brummie, and if it helps knock the Villa out of Champions League contention, all the better for them.
I agree with this, and don't see how Birmingham couldn't.

Isn't McLeish one of Taggart's mates?

I said this yesterday and its more relevant today -
WE NEED TO FUCKING KNOW NOW SO WE CAN PREPARE ACCORDINGLY!!!!
What's the fucking hold up, it happened on fucking saturday evening?! Let us know NOW if we're allowed to sign someone and we can then figure out who its gonna be. Why so much silence from the premier league? It stinks, just like every other decision I've seen them make when it comes to us.

Bollocks. There are couple of lads that might have some connections, like Ric himself, but seem to stay hush about it. 99.9999999999% of people in Blue Moon who come through as having some connections, or being in the know if you will, are full of shit.
Possibly... but:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/footbal ... 644269.stmOf course that does not say we will get Joe Hart back but does not look too bleak.
Give me a break. We lose our number one through injury -----> we ask permission to get emergency keeper -----> we have England keeper on loan in a club that have nothing to play for. I could've told you that..... and god knows I'm not in the know.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Manchester City have made an approach to bring Joe Hart back to the club and a further enquiry over Sunderland's Marton Fulop.
Number one Shay Given was ruled out for the rest of the season after dislocating his shoulder at the weekend and, with number two Stuart Taylor also not fully fit, City have been left looking for options.
They are now hoping the Premier League will sanction an emergency signing, which looks likely to be given the green light.
City are looking at two options and it appears their preferred one would be to bring England international Hart back from Birmingham City, where he has spent the season on loan from Eastlands.
Hart had said he was not expecting to return, but now City have made an official approach to Birmingham to try and get him back.
A Blues spokesman told the Birmingham Mail: "We have received a formal approach from Manchester City about Joe Hart going back.
"It is being discussed by all relevant parties."
If City cannot agree terms with Birmingham, or if the Premier League do not sanction the return of Hart, then they will look to sign another keeper and their leading loan target has emerged as Sunderland's Fulop.

When you think about it, and compared to previous seasons, Given's had fuck-all to do really. A few goals let in which probably wouldn't have been stopped. But I wouldn't say he's been under pressure too much, it's not been 'all hands on deck'. The team is generally defending well so anyone with anything about them should be able to hold their own in goal.

Didn't one of the Brum Vice-Chairman say that he was expecting the phone-call?
Sounds positive enough to me and I can see them having a nice cosy chat about future loan deals, even if they aren't to do with Hart.

Who was that FUCKING RAG CUNT that asked Mancini why we needed an emergency keeper when we have NINE?!!!
How the fuck is that cunt allowed to report on the story when its clear as day he wanted the message out there to help prevent a favourable decision towards us? Imagine that question being thrown at Baconface in such a manner?
God I'm fucking angry today.

Harts been quoted, as saying, he would prefer to finish his loan at Brum. If I was Joe Hart, my main priority would be to show US just how good he is, and make that point to Mancini, by getting City in the CL

Exactly, not a cool move by Joe, he should be chomping at the bit to come back and help HIS CLUB out.
