Yep, the aim of the pools is to try to predict score draws wherever possible.Abu Dhabi wrote:The system is flawed and I am amazed no one realized that yet!
How come the one with most points win?
Does this mean if I successfully predicted 6 home wins and 2 away wins I would still not have chance against someone who just predicted 3 score draw?
I thought the same when I saw it. Having said that, I bet he's never won the pools using that system, nor has anybody else.Abu Dhabi wrote:No wonder why AVS put all 3's !!! you shouldnt be laughing at his predictions, its smart..
The pools system is weird mate, they even used to have a 'Pools Panel' who would sit if a lot of games were called off, the panel would decide the outcome of each game, when I was a kid I used to get annoyed if they decided that City would have lost as I thought the result counted!Abu Dhabi wrote:Shouldnt it be to the one with total points nearer to the actual total after last day?
Edit: or is this kind of a set game you know? because honestly, I havent heard about pools before..
