I really hope Bolton help us out tomorrow, a loss for Spurs and a win for us will give us the confidence we need going into the Spurs game mid-week.

So long as Bolton don't lose. I'll be happy.

Probably but even if they draw tomorrow and we win then we beat them on Wednesday we get 4th they don't have to lose... so in reality that point gained last weekend could net help us afterall..
See they draw against Bolton and lose to us they get 65 pts we get 2 wins we get 69pts both with 1 game left to play and with 69 points we would be out of Villa and Scouse reds reach as most points scouse red can get now is 68 and Villa will have had to lose against us so most would be 67.

Bolton are well and truly safe so I expect Coyle to play around and field a very attacking formation.
If they were to sit back and stifle Spurs I reckon they'd get a point. By actually trying to play football though I think Spurs will take them comfortably - we just need to keep pace.

I can see both Chelsea and United winning today and it's nowt to do with the games. The reasons why are:
Will Liverpool want United going above them in the League title stakes?
Will Bruce want to end United's Premier League challenge and probably end any hope of him being their manager?
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

Is that the new kit that they are advertising for pre-orders
already? Seems the gruesome two-some are trying to get money in before they leave.

No it's not the new kit, it's this years kit just the Carlsberg sponsor is in Chinese.
Liverpool will wear Carlsberg on their shirts for the final time at Anfield this weekend - but it'll be with a difference.
The Danish brewers' name has adorned the red shirt at every home game over the last eighteen years - but as Carlsberg prepare to sign off as the club's shirt sponsors at the end of the season their name will be displayed in Chinese language for the clash with Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
In addition to the change on the front of the players' shirts, Chinese messages will be displayed during the match on the perimeter advertising boardings and in the Carlsberg Lounge at Anfield a Chinese competition winner will present a trophy to the "Man of the Match" after the final whistle.
With Liverpool the only UK city exhibiting at World Expo in Shanghai - its twin city - later this year, Carlsberg officials came up with the novel idea of interacting with the club's massive fan base in that part of the world.
Carlsberg Group Sponsorship Director Keld Strudahl said, "We're delighted to have been able to bring about this momentous occasion. We believe it's a nice little gesture to our friends and fans of Liverpool FC in China, where we know the Club devoted huge support in working things out and we also worked hard with all parties to mark this special occasion for the World Expo."
The Chinese Carlsberg logo will be only the fifth logo ever printed on a Liverpool FC shirt. Liverpool FC's first sponsor was Hitachi, followed by Crown Paints, Candy and then Carlsberg in 1992.

I'm in a conformist mood this weekend, so I'll stay in this thread. Am watching Liverpool-Chelsea right now, but am desperately looking for stream for the last match day of the Dutch competition (GO McLaren!) and sipping single malt. Had my last game for the season today. 4-0 win in 10 degrees and rain on a shitty astro turf. it's may you say? Obviously not in Holland.
