Does anyone recall all the "stress" over getting into Europe a couple seasons back under the fairplay? Remember all the number crunching on the PL teams above us, and if certain teams would fall somewhere so they wouldn't factor in and knock us out, how we were watching and counting cards, and what we needed to avoid? And how chuffed we ALL were when we got in? WTF? 24 months later the SAME tourney (though with a different name) is irrelevant? Getting a fucking grip Bingo buddy et al, winning Europe will give us gobs of clout, and it will be a HUGE stepping stone for the CL in 2012.

Yes, I know the argument is "we are better than Europa," but until we win something, anything (FFS the Carling Cup even) let's relish every competition we are in, and win it.
