It was confirmed that we have been trying to get Jose for months and that we have left mancio holding on, which is cold, ruthless and destabalising. We also did it with hughes and I dont like the way we work.

The video of khaldoon should be on the site shortly, but heres another question. Do you lot think that khaldoon should be / is qualified too make a judgement on the seasons of each of our players on a video thats going to be shown on our website? Hes hardly going to say that Vieira is wank either!

Involved with what? And how do you know what sort of hours he is putting in? Only small part of chairman's job is about actual football. He concentrates on financial side of things obviously. As he should be. As he knows about football probably just as much as enthusiastic supporter. Which from the experience we all know is sweet fuck all.

I've read his stuff.

I think he's close to the players. Whether he over elaborates or not I don't know but he's called some pretty accurate stories & I think the press rob some of them, possibly including today's. Most of the time I think he just gets told stuff by people at City but who knows if they've been told the truth before they pass it on to him? I think he posts in good faith & doesn't shit people on purpose though. The Tevez stuff was just him passing an opinion. Nothing more.

Sorry that was meant to be a reply to the questions about Mourinho! Quoted wrong one!

That's the worry with genuine in the know people and people close to club, like our very own Doug. People confuse their own opinions and factual stuff all the time.

Generally, football club is just like any other company. If you personally know a player, you might very well know how the feeling is in dressing room or whether they drink Lucozade or Powerade in half time (it's latter by the way..... noticed in one video in OS!) but players know more or less the same as we do about in coming transfers for example. Just like in any company, ground level workers rarely know much about incoming deals or whatnot. Similarily, someone in finances might know about certain marketing deals or something like that but have no idea who is the biggest joker in dressing room.

What I'm trying to say is that even if you have real connections in the club, you don't know anything and everything.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

From the few posts I've read here & there by people who seem to have contacts amongst the players, it seems as if the players have been led to believe that Mancini was going until just recently when they've been told the opposite. I wish people wouldn't spread this kind of stuff to them. It can't help.

I had bit of a chit chat with someone few months back and it certainly seemed that was the case. However recently Mancini has been quite confident and even bullish about it and this leads me to believe he has been given some sort of assurances.

We should know for sure soon if the stories of Khaldoon's interview are true. Nothing on the O.S. yet.

Ha ha. Tbf the press has reported it too & it's supposedly on City's facebook but I don't 'do' facebook so I don't know.

That tolmie bloke on bluemoon...

..is full of shit.

I read his "inside" info last summer and 99% of it was utter crap. The 1% of truth was what he got off other people.

Believe nothing until its on the OS and especially don't believe what you read on blue moon!

That tolmie bloke knows his stuff, he announced Hughes was going after the sunderland game before anyone else, he announced Hughes was to be a guest on sky for our game v chelsea, he announced that we were going to sign lescott and santa cruz months before they did sign, told us the eto'o deal was over days before the press got hold of it, told us about the plans for city street, the halo and other plans before it was announced and as proved by khaldoon's interview on the OS he knew he went into the changing room and thanked the players and told them Mancini was here to stay.

The blind man has only thrown 6 or 7 darts and hit bullseye on each shot.

If he was on this forum, his username would be a different colour, but because it's on bluemoon he's bullshit.

All this inter forum slanging and constant digs is pathetic and quite sad, we all support the same club. You would think bluemoon was a forum for the rags or liverpool the way some of the "established" posters on here go on and take it so seriously.

I am yes, i am a member on every city forum out there, all have their good posters and all have their bullshitters and wums, they are all as good as each other as they cater for each fan, they are all message boards for city fans which is why if baffles me and makes me laugh to see bluemoon always get a slagging off on here.

I was just about to say the same. Looks like we made tolmie angry!

Well sorry to say tolmie, you know nothing and you know it! The reason why you don't post your bile on here is because this site is full of sensible adults who would not suffer your rubbish for long and won't idolise you and worship your shite like they do over on the other site!

This argument isn't directed at blue mooner's or any of our brothers on the other site, this is directed at tolmie, ajay and all the other bullshit spreaders who persistently make up rumour and bullshit to service there own ego's at the expense of the club and its fans. It's fucking pathetic.

Rant over.

P.S GG i should add you are prob not tolmie. lol. I got a little lost in my rant there, i'm not intending to offend you, this is like i say more aimed at the real tolmie and the wums and fake itks across all forums. Thought i should just make that clear :D

I've read Tolmie over on Blue Moon. He obviously has to be someone with access to the hierarchy as well as playing side, so I think we'd be looking at someone from the media side ie Bailey, Ferguson, Nield etc.

They would surely get to know who our targets are, so information regarding a new player could be presented on the OS in a professional and timely fashion, rather than " we've signed Joe Bloggs, more later".

Again they would have to be in and around the changing room area and have the info clarified by to or three sources.

Thoughts?

If Bellers and Ade dont want to play for Mancini, then they can go. The chairman has done the correct thing very quickly by putting an end to a summer of speculation about Mancini.

We have a stable board, owner and chairman. We now have a stable manager for another season atleast, baring a right fuck up. We now need to move fast and get our fullbacks in, our centre mid sorted, then see who isnt 100% commited, and replace them with better players too.

Our big chance this season was because every team around us had energy sapping distracting European football midweek for more than half the season. We didnt, we had a little league cup run. We should have been fresher, mentally and physically this season.

Next season we're on telly on thursdays.

I really really hope Mancini is the real deal, and can take us to the heights we want. At the moment im still not sure, last night I didnt want to see him again, but we all get ratty and say silly things on here, thats why we like it and come back - you can get things off your chest. With a pre season, freshly prepared squad and 4 or 5 of his players, playing in his style, it might work.

I do think he knows his shit more than Hughes. Its a step up.
