well the club will give some credit to what so called neutrals think cos they are looking to convert a lot of them to the City cause, but yes agree that we dont give monkeys.

On spending bucket loads of cash.. where are you guys taking your evidence for that assumption?

everything i have heard in direct quotes or on camera tend to contradict that idea.

im not expecting a mad cash splash, just some serious building.

we will soon know more for sure though after the West Ham game.

Great interview and good to see that they are being level headed whilst many Blues were losing theirs. We missed out to a very good team who have proved over the last month or so, to be well deserved Chamions League new boys.

For the future, it does look very bright and the fact that he has stated that he will give Mancio the 'Tools' to get the job done, just shows what real ambitions are owners have; and people slated Garry Cook for saying we wanted world domination. Combined with the future plans for infastructure and growth that he touched on, I have nothing but praise for our owners, chairmen, management and players.

Thank you to all.

I think if we could get Mourinho or Wenger or someone who has been there and won it in the Premier League then we should definately get them. Mancini's record shows he has some managerial nous at least and we've seen glimpses here of him potentially getting it right. Its just a shame he's often got it wrong.

Im all for giving him the summer and a chance to get us off to a flyer next season. With the expected investment again this summer im going to be looking at us being in the top 4 come next christmas, maybe even the top 2/3.

After Wednesday i came to the conclusion that i wasnt too fussed about his position. If someone better is available then we'll take him. If not then its not a bad shout to give Mancini the chequebook, the summer and let him build a team and squad.

Hopefully he'll learn from Hughes's mistakes and come up with multiple formations and styles that the players feel comfortable in and buy some top class central midfield players.

trying to buy success in the way of just overpaying Mourinho to come would just make City as much disliked as Chelsea became.

Lets build this in our own way.. the club and fans are much much bigger than any fuclin manager.. and we have the chance to build our own style and our own success based on that.. and our Chairman looks like he understands that more than some of our own impeccable fans.

We are going to spend a boatload of money again on players this summer so I dont see why bringing in a world class manager would be the tipping point of making City dislikable to the neutral?

World class manager + world class team = success.

We'll be working on the latter, if there was one of the former available, why not get him?

exactly. And for the record i could give two fucks about the neutrals and their compassion and or hatred for City.

unless this guy is our next manager, i'm fine with the shot that Mancini will have. If however the star below is available i think he could do wonders to build up our self-esteem and will. ahem.

more likely they will completely ignore it, because it isn't what they want to hear.. or believe or admit that we have a top class Chairman.

if you can bear it take a look at this interpretation by the dirt at the mail
