This season has gone really bloody fast IMO

Glad that there's a World Cup to fill the hole....and I am genuinely excited to see what teams we put out in pre-season

Glad that Mancini wants to tie up acquisitions pre-WC as I cannot be harsed with the merry go round and speculation either

I'd quite like Robinho to be seriously injured at the World Cup too if I'm honest

I'd like to see the arsehole crying as his world cup dream lies in tatters.

On the other hand, an injury would mean an insurance policy paying the vast majority of his wages. Would probably save us a bit of money over the next couple of years, as otherwise we'll probably have to part-pay/subsidise his wages after flogging him until his contract would have expired here.

Absolutely. Will be cheering him on like a mofo in hope we'll get at least SOME of our money back.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Are you not looking forwards to the break? I'd find 12 months a year to be stressful. And there's a chance to save some money for next season! European Tour etc.

i hope robinho and brasil get put out by another south american club, and that Robinho misses a sitter which could have leveled the score. Robinho can lick my nutsack, but he is a huge talent. If you are a fan of the NBA...there are loads of kids with sick, sick skills on the ball who are called "streetballers" who picked up their skillsets in local parks and runs with tough ass kids you wouldn't find on an NBA court. Unfortunately, almost always their skills don't translate to the pro game, and their attitudes almost never do. Robinho is the footballing equivalent of that.

Should we buy that little Niemar or Nilmar or Nilrod shit that is all the rage from Santos as makeweight for Robson and just let the turd stay there? i'm talking about the kid with the shitty fauxhawk. he looks tidy. I've seen 4 Santos matches on Fox Soccer since Robinho went there. I think i've seen Robson play more for Santos than City this season.

City in the US after the WC as well? come on...this is going to be a fantastic summer.

Me + LookMum awkwardly courting indie girls somewhere in Brooklyn.

Me + Brian in the ATL for a City match too.

Plus, the US spanking England and ruining their 1966 dreams in their opening match in the WC.

massive, massive summer ahead.

cheers

I'd rather have Ganso than Neymar if I'm honest.

Try playing/watching the best game in the world, the delightful game of cricket. Goes with summer like gravy goes with Holland's meat pies. Got my bat out of the cupboard last week and taped up the handle, ready. Football's terrific but give it a rest now the season's over.

I'll be pounding the streets running off enough weight to get in credit for the World Cup and the diet of take-outs, junk food and empty calories from booze. (though no doubt I'll be in debt again by the end of it)
