Monday or Tuesday is ok for me, I think Monday would be better the better league though

I can play on Sunday depending on

A) I can scrape some money together,
B) Where is Curzon Ashton?

I am gutted that i have to wait four months in order to play with you lot and join this league!

But hey andie, this tournament this sunday. Would that still be for 16's and over?

Could i not just fake my age? Seeing as i am only 4 months off :)

Andie I've replied to the PM saying i'll play sunday.

As for the Monday nights I play for my work team at the pitz then - so see you all in a while when you reach Div 1 :)

Although they don't care about bringing in ringers so as long as our games don't clash I could make up the numbers if you're ever short.

Ashton, you have to be over 16 to play in this league.

Hi Andie

As discussed, we run leagues on Monday, Tuesday Thursday and a Sunday evening day/night and the cost is £38.50 per team which works out at about £6.00 per player.

Matches last for just under an hour (25 minutes each way) and kick off times vary week to week. Upon joining the league, we would provide you with a full fixture list for the season so that you can always be sure what time to play. You can have between 5 and 8 players for a game (subs can be used as often/as many times as you like). At the start of each new season a £15 registration fee is a payable, team are allowed to cancel 1 game per season without incurring a bill all remaining games must be paid for.

I will give you a call back on Friday 14th may to see if you have reached a decision. Please note, a deposit of £10 is required to secure your place in the league – which will be deducted from your first game fee.

Best Regards,

Lee Snelson
Assistant Manager

Mark it was a tournment but going to knock it on the head as its Saturday and we cant get the numbers. I have sent PMs to everyone bit will include the message here in case i have missed anyone:

Hi Guys,

Sorry for being a total tool with the dates but i have a heavy work load at the min and i dont know what days it is let alone month......anyway back to 5s. Will knock this weekend on the head and we will go as planned for a kick about at Platt Lane on Sunday MAY 23rd 2010 (im pretty sure this is the correct date if not i mean next SUNDAY)

Powerleague are now in stalker mode and are ringing me on a daily basis asking what day do you guys want. Sorry to ask you all to keep replying back to me but need definate days. I know that Bingo cant make Mondays so really reluctant to choose this day as this was his idea. Would everyone be ok with Tuesdsay if so i can get it booked before the weekend. I will have to pay a £10 so none of you leave the country........

Thanks Lads

Balls that'll be me out. I work till 7pm on tuesday and thursdays, so will only be able to come down when the game is 8pm onwards.
If anything changes about mondays (or wednesdays for that matter) I only work till 6pm so can do all games as they always start at 7pm onwards.

Put me down anyway, and I'll just have to make it when Its 8pm onwards games.

Buzzing this is getting some serious steam now, will be a right laugh!

This is for Powerleague, right?

I can make Tuesdays, tho I'm struggling to see how this will work.. will we be running trials for a 7 man team, having 43 subs, or more than one team? ..seems we have quite a few interested

I can make the Platt Lane kickabout 23rd, what times are planned?

The likely hood of everyone turning up week in week out will be low. I can see us with 5 or 6 regulars and another 5 or 6 turning up every now and then.

Im thinking of booking the Monday league, i know Bingo cant attend but this seems the best day for people. Please let me know if this is no good for you.

Craigmcfc: Robert is a keeper but you are more than welcome to come down also.

Platt Lane on the 23rd will be at 3pm
