really hope they do it, they deserve it as they have had a bloody tough run in. however i think athletico 2-0.

then again i thought juve, wolfsburg and hamburg would spank the living daylights out of them.

Not sure I want fulham to win anymore lads! I mean how much would it de-value any success we get through it?

Think about it, if we wont our first cup for decades and its this, people would just say, oh fuck that fulham won it last year without spendin much money. We'd get barely any praise :-(

It's difficult to say though. Surely if we had qualified this year we would have had another good run again , like last year ?

So who knows ? I'm for winning every competition we enter. I don't care about the money invested ( or not invested as the case may be with Fulham).

But we never get any credit anyway, mate, so it's no loss, and we get our hands on a trophy.

I'd like them to win it because:
a) they were down among the dead men like we were
b) I like Hodgson
c) it means Burnley will get into Europe via the Fair Play League
d) they are English and not the filth
e) it is hard to dislike Fulham as a club and as a set of fans

Burnley won't get a spot anymore mate, england have slipped down the order in the fair play league

I fancy atletico to go ahead but fulham to win it, maybe in extra time or penalties

Yeah i truly believe that, don't you? I also have a soft spot for Fulham (dont know why! They bring about 10 fans to Coms - You all seem to aswell) But it just wouldnt be the same if we won it/ did well in it next year. For arguements sake, we should have won it last time. The rags would have ready made jibes for us.

Its kind of similar to the fear I have if we start winning big trophies. My fear is that money ruins the game, fans become disinterested with the prem due to the downfall of scum and whilst we win back to back leagues, nobody cares about the prem anymore, as if its not fashionable just because the rags are shit! Extreme fear I know but . . .

On other matters I want Pompey to win the FA cup, as i think thats a different matter. Met a few pompey fans in town after our match last week (dunno what they were doing up here) and they were good lads.

you said it mate..

as for City's potential future success, i wouldn't let anyone take the joy of that away.. and tbh it only takes an understanding of the fact that anyone who begrudges other peoples, or fans in this case, success are just showing themselves to be miserable cunts.. the kind of thing the press do all the time. dirtbags.

Anyway back on topic.. good luck to Fulham they have got to this point the hard way with some ridiculous performances and comebacks.. you have to love it
