What's the consensus on Rags, folks?

Given the number of subs that are allowed it may be hard to police a ban and we know, from the prem fantasy league we run, that lot's of people do try to sneak them in. That was my thinking when not adding a no rags rule but happy to go with the majority vote.

I'm unlikely to be able to accept entrants on Friday so 5pm Thursday. I've tried to edit it so that new entrants don't need to be accepted but it won't allow it.

Fine for me although I hve had similar problems trying to make subs.
