My league match kicks off at 9 but i'll bob over early to offer you guys some support. From passed experience i'd suggest agreeing the order of subs before the match and roll on every five mins. The ref will usually let you know when five mins are up if you ask. Good luck!

Mancityfans.net FC Vs Hillcock Hammers: Div 4.
Game day lads. I hope that you are all taking in lots of fluids. Pre-match meal of pasta and chicken is recommended and i am hopping that Lee and Piccs are off the fags for a day!!
Kick off time is 8pm and we are at the Manchester Pitzs if anyone wants to pop down and see the lads debut game.

Hi guys,
Never even noticed this until seeing the post about the first match. I have hardly kicked a ball in four years but used to be a pretty decent full back (not much use in 5 a side I know) and have promised myself im going to get back into playing.
Anyway im only 10 mins away from where the league is so if you ever need someone short notice with "a good engine" count me in.
