I'm looking forward to seeing Gourcuff tonight.... He's already keeping the ball moving despite some close attention.

Urgh, Uruguay are playing a tight back four and the wingers dropping in as fullback, ultra awful back 6 defensive shit.

This ball is already causing problems with it's bounce.......catching teams out it is.

Rustenburg is something like 7000ft above see level if my memory serves me well.....the higher the altitude the more the ball travels.

worrying.

i would say tight back 3 with wingers dropping back as fullbacks making it 5 defenders... but the point is the same. they are looking for the break and hoping for Forlan/Suarez to do some magic.

Yeah, probably leaving the far side winger as an outlet. Forlan and Suarez can both pull rabbits though, so France won't have it all their own way.

France have figured the defence out, crossing early to stop the bunching, matter of time.

I learnt the game in south africa and after 9 yrs got to 12 handicap...when I went back to the uk every 2 yrs or so I played on a links course and could'nt shoot below 90 !! - I fucking hated it (broken britain)....it was always in the winter or autumn granted...but there is nothing more depressing than hitting a shot along the fairway and you lose your ball under a fucking leaf!!!

Also - cant swing a club wearing a fuckign wind breaker.!!
