It's guaranteed to get your juices flowing.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I know. Honestly couldn’t care less. I hate how everyone get’s over excited / depressed about pre season results.

The only game I am mildly interested in is the last one before the season starts.

pre-season games are more or less meaningless but if I get a chance to watch one, I'm taking it - I *never* get het up about results though

I'll be watching it on Friday from Section 126 (center pitch or 50 yard line in Americanspeak), row 4.
I'll be watching it on Sunday from Section 126, row 11.

Felt compelled to sign in and tell everyone that after a lapse of... what?...5 years from posting?

This will be my VERY FIRST MANCHESTER CITY Game after hardcore support since 2002 or so... can't wait. :-)

p.s. - know that I'll be singing very loudly, though I really don't know the words to any song other than Blue Moon and the Ole (ole ole ole) one. :-)

From the history: Sporting won the domestic 'double' in 1981/82 with Malcolm Allison in charge. They didn't do it again untill 1999/2000. So that is another club where he left a huge impression.

will be 2 in the morning here, hopefully i can find a bar willing to show it, otherwise i will have to jump into a river.

looking forward to it for a number of reasons.. depserate to see a game.. who will line up, chances for the academy lads and see how they do and also perhaps the biggie to see if and how Bobby plays around with formations.

oh and finallly the chance to see that grumpy old fart ESPN have got choke on his bile and slowly slide under the table.

Mcfc OS says 1am but ESPN programme comes on 1.30, so I guess it's really sometime after 1.30am?

The later the better for me as I'm working in a Newquay pub and could finish anytime after 1 up to about 2.30 am. Hopefully 1 then I'll be back to watch it all! Though with all these buggers coming down on hols this weekend I doubt it!
