looks like scouse 1 are going to sign him, he has been quoted as saying he is looking forward to joining liverpool next week!
Good signing for them, I like him, even though Real signed him but didnt play him.
Scouse 1 look to be coming good if they keep torres, Joe cole and Drenthe are very good acquisitions.... luckily their defence is shite.

Been very impressed with him on the few occasions he's managed to get on the pitch. You can never tell how players will adapt to the Prem of course, as the dippers have found to their cost, but he looks like he's ideal for the job. Hope I'm totally wrong about that if they do get him!

Nice. I really like the guy and go out of my way to watch a few matches of his every year. I'm excited about being able to see him much more frequently, and i'm too much of a realist for me to even hope for him to come to city.

Where can you watch Real Madrid Reserves then?
Sorry, but the guy played about 3 brilliant games at Euro U-21 champs and was bombarded to next big thing. Fact is, he wasn't even that impressive in the few games he played for Feyenoord before and has been a failure at Madrid since those U-21 championships. Lest we forget, Leroy Lita and Maceo Rigters were the top goalscorers. Nuff said.

I thought he was one of the most impressive players on the team when he actually got on the pitch for Madrid. Like a fast version of Milner.

He sounds as though he should be a local player playing for a local team!

Exactly mate, I looked at that Dutch U21 squad last night, I think only Babel actually made the senior world cup team and he didn't even play.
