Hard to describe how poor we were in that half.

Flabebergasted that Patrick got a red card for that in a friendly. Truely ridiculous. And stoppage time?? I think the officials are taking this a tad too serious. Wankers.

Overall not great

That ref looks a lot like the stereotype American-Italian mafioso. Inter are odds on to win. (No matter how shit negative we are).

its the first pre-season game i have seen, so maybe this is not so insightful - however I have seen little different to last year.

We are 2 weeks away from the start of the season and:
We can still not pass the ball through our midfield
There are still gaping holes in our defence - which people said would be sorted with a pre-season - bullshit, its still wank
Richards still lacks concentration, surprise surprise - why the fuck have we spent 17m on a left back when we have a big hole at rightback?
Away from home, do we actually need forwards on the pitch, as scoring doesnt seem in our plans

I got to say that talent will take us a long way, but I am extremely extremely worried about our direction NOT having changed from last season.

Im sure we will still do well, but talent will only take you so far

It's Platts fault that Paddy got sent off, the poor ref.

It's the total lack of real team desire to get forward that I find most worrying and as somebody has already said that's just the way it was a lot last season against the better sides.
