Saw this last week that he could be on the way out at Real. No thanks, quality player that he is, would not cut it week in week out in the Prem.

No thanks. Bullet dodged with him, glad we didnt get him.

He's very much on the way down from what I've seen. Still immensely talented, but not contributing to games in the same way. If he's available, he's not playing well.

A season long loan with first refusal would be a lot more sensible.

imo.

In general Brazilian footballers seem to be a bunch of ill disciplined, lazy, whinging, big headed, phoney God bothering, cunts. Apart from the phoney God bothering bit ( when in reality he didn't want to know about the good causes, church shit etc cook had lined up, just wanted cash) Kaka seems to me to be much harder working & reliable than many of his mates. So for me it would be down to price & fitness issues. He probably needs an op, but imo after watching closely, that's what's been wrong with him, not a drop in ability. How long would he be missing? Would it cure the problem? Could he win us the league if he comes into the team in the winter?

Better attacking player even now than Ireland, SWP, Jo, Robinho, RSC & if fully fit, better than Bellamy, Ade, Johnson & Silva too. Not an easy choice.

I seriously wonder about people who turn their noses up at players the calibre of Kaka.

Strange isn't it, City Fans are Snobs! Just don't sound right somehow.

Oh, and if there was a chance, then I'd definately have him at our club. And, I wonder if Robbie would be begging us to keep him?

Yeah, we've never been burnt before.

Kaka would be a huge risk, if it went South we'd never have any hope of getting anyone to take us seriously. So often we've seen guys like Adriano who go from being a star for Barcelona and Brazil to going off the rails. Kaka is a shadow of his former self (anytime I've seen him play) and Madrid would want insane money for him.

I know mate. Madness. I've just been following on the touchline not sure whether I should laugh or cry.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Kaka's just undergone knee surgery. Will be gone for 3-4 months. Not a target, in other words...

It's a principal thing (apart from he's been shite!). He was never going to sign for City as I recall, not up to his highness's standard.

Interesting comment by the repspected Tim Vickery regarding Kaka the other day, was that, much of his game is based on his explosive speed. Because of the speed the ggame is played in the Premier league, much of this would be negated.
